Aldi Home Inspections
Buying a home is probably the largest single investment you will ever make. To be an informed Buyer, you will want to learn as much as you can about the condition of your perspective home. This will help you to avoid surprises and unexpected expenses after you move into your home. Our Home Inspection provides you with a deeper understanding of the home's condition and empowers you to make better informed real estate decisions.

Bob Aldi is President of Aldi Home Inspections Inc. and has performed hundreds of Home Inspections. His experience includes homes constructed in the 1800's, through each decade of the 1900's and recent construction. We email you a PDF file which contains digital "Tabs" for each system of the home we examine.

Types of Properties: Single Family Residential, Multi-Unit Dwellings, Townhouses, Condominiums, Vacation Homes. Infrared Thermal Imaging technology uses a specialized camera which displays infrared (Heat) radiation to identify problem areas which cannot be seen by the naked eye. The "Septic System" uses the onsite soil to treat small waste water flows.
Having a pre-closing home inspection before you close on your home is valuable to you. As an informed buyer, you want to learn as much as you can about the condition of your prospective home. A home inspection can help you to avoid surprises and possible unexpected expenses after you move into your home.
A Pre-Listing Home Inspection can take some of the worry and "surprises" out of Selling your home. No home is perfect and as a home owner, you need to have a realistic understanding of what prospective Buyers will see when they look at your property and their perceived value of it. Without a Pre-Listing inspection the homeowner can be "surprised" by a deficiency identified in the Buyers Inspection report.
Our investment in technology and training enables us to perform Infrared Thermal Imaging at all of our inspections. Infrared Thermal Imaging technology uses a specialized camera which displays infrared (Heat) radiation to identify problem areas which cannot be seen by the naked eye. Bob is great to work with, easy to talk to and very professional.
Radon is a by-product of the breakdown of uranium deposits in the earth. It is present at various levels throughout New York State. Negative air pressure in the home from indoor/outdoor temperature variations, fireplaces, furnaces, dryers as well as bathroom fans venting indoor air causes Radon Gas to be pulled into the home through the basement or slab.

Bob is absolutely amazing! I have used his inspection services twice and will continue to do so in the future. He truly is my go-to guy! He is incredibly thorough and does not miss a beat. You can ask him anything and he will be 100% honest with you as he is going through the inspection. Bob always provides a professional experience, yet leaves you feeling like you also made a true friend. Not only does Bob truly care about what he does, but he also cares about who he is doing it for; and that just makes the whole process run smoother, easier, and fun for everyone involved. Do not recommend.
Bob was nice guy. He was quick to respond during initial inquiries. He was also nice as a person during inspection.
It does not matter how friendly he is since he missed MAJOR issues which costed us around $20k .
We found the following issues within a couple of months after moving in which costed us dearly.
1. Leaking roof
2. Oil tank needed to be replaced
3. Bat infestation in the attic, needed pest control
4. Multiple broken balusters, unstable stair railing
5. Faulty plumbing (no hot water)

We worked with Bob in October of 2021. He was extremely thorough and as first time home buyers, he taught us a lot of stuff that will help keep the house up and running. I can’t say enough good things about Bob and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Bob Aldi is outstanding. He was very professional, highly knowledgeable, and efficient. He ensures a complete understanding of all aspects of the inspection. For an inspector who will give you a piece of mind, he is the man for your home inspection. I can’t say enough about the job he did. If there were 10 stars, that still wouldn’t be enough. I am 100% satisfied. For your home inspection, I encourage you to hire Bob. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Bob.
