I would like to thank Ed for being honest. If it wasn't for ed we would of bought a house that was not up to par. All questions and concerns we had with the house ed was honest with us. I let him know that when we find our house we will call him for his service again. If you need a home inspection in upstate New York I would definitely give him a call. We had a home inspection plus Septic and Water tests and was very happy with the care and detail of Ed’s report. It was very thorough! The report had photos of each of the inspection categories that needed to be addressed and was very easy to read and understand. Ed did an excellent job inspecting the house and was quite capable of making us aware of what was important to have repaired, urgently needed, and/or dangerous.
He came on a Saturday, at our convenience, and we had the results professionally done the very next Monday AM, less than 3 days!!!! Thanks Ed!

Ed was very thorough and informative during our home inspection. He scheduled the inspection quickly, which helped us out during the buying process. Ed also took the time on 3 different occasions to answer my questions about his report and the quality of the home. It's hard to find people who are willing to take the time to do that!
