This spa is UNETHICAL. They use human fibroblast cells that altered my cells completely. I no longer feel any pleasure and it has been months no changing back. Once a cell is differentiated it is permanent. I never would have used it if I would have known it was in the product. RUINED MY LIFE. It should be illegal to sell such a product. The biggest mistake of my life. The least the spa could do is tell me how to reverse the effects of this product, which is probably permanent cell change :(

VSpot is such a gem in this city! From the moment you walk it you are welcomed with open arms! I got a Brazilian Wax with Andrea and she is incredible, so polite, educated, knowledgeable, and an absolute pro at waxing! It was so gentle and non-irritating! He made sure to even remove the a smallest speck of hair to make sure you are completely clean! She finishes off an LED light depending on your skin's needs and an incredible moisturizer that you leave on until the night. I will definitely be back! It's such a safe haven for women and it's beautifully decorated!

I never heard of this medi spa until I was doing research on lightening creams. I am SE Asian and my skin gets darker on certain areas of my body. When I went to the clinic I found out about all types of amazing treatments for women. I chose to get a vajacial and 3 sessions of lightening. It's too early to tell the results yet but we did take some before photos so I can compare. I also sat on their emcella kegel machine that does 11k kegels in 28 mins!

Absolute waste of time and money. I got the V-Lightening which was almost $700. The treatments are harsh chemicals that they claim to be made from almonds. And the people performing them have no idea what they're doing. I was burned after my second treatment and SEVERELY BURNED AND SWOLLEN after my third because the lady increased the strength of the chemical peel solution without informing me or getting my consent. I initially liked this place. I came here for more of a medical issue. I got the O shot a few times, which seemed to help me. After the consultation with the doctor I tried the femlift. I bought a package for it. After the first one, I did not feel right. I had a call with the doctor and then I emailed Cindy to tell her that I had a bad reaction. Hi, I went this place 9 months ago. They used o shot to me. I told them o shot isn't work for me but they said 'this o shot is different and better than the other o shot.' They did two different treatments at the same time. They said it will work 3 months later. After 3 months, I called them for the treatment didn't work and they didn't care about it. I went in for the FemiLift and I saw improvement within hours. After my 3rd child I noticed I couldn't hold my bladder as efficiently as I used to. By the time I got home from the procedure, I noticed that I could hold it in. I will still go back for the recommended 4 week update. Thanks to Dr Aligene for being such a good listener and offering insight to my issue. I felt completely comfortable talking with her. She has a pleasant demeanor. So disappointed, paid almost $1000 for three v lightening treatments with no result, she said it's a gradual process but for 1K think I should be able to see some kind of result. All it is is just a peel that should make you peel. After the first one I didn't even peel, bcs she used the wrong strength, after the 2,3rd I did peel but the result was blotchy, some spots became mildly lighter but overall uneven and questionable results. Went for my first v steam appointment today with naomi and she made me feel so comfortable the experience was so pleasant ! The place is super nice very clean and everyone there is soooo nice I felt right at home.
