Avenue C already felt like home even before I moved in a couple of years ago. Besides the best facilities you can find in Billings, each staff member makes you feel safe and happy by their genuine sense of service and hospitality. They will go all the extra miles necessary to make sure you are taken care of, and for that, you will be forever thankful, like I am. Huge shout out and FIVE STARS FOR SURE to Ave C Apartments located at 1607 17th St. W. in Billings, Mt! The location is simply the best in Billings. The Manager, Gina Revelle, is not only a dream to work with, she became a close personal friend over the two years I lived there. I have just completed my move out, which is actually kind of sad. I will miss the amazing staff and Impeccably well-kept and immaculate complex. The Amenities are well over and exceeded any other location in Billings and in Montana for that matter.
We will miss our friends at Avenue C for sure!

I can not say enough GREAT things about this place. The apartments themselves are beautiful... amenities are wonderful and I can say without a doubt, it is one of the most well kept and cleanest communities I have lived in! The cleaning crew is there every morning bright and early cleaning every part of the clubhouse... it always looks spectacular!
More than the community itself... the office staff is what makes this place stand out from anywhere else. As someone who moved frequently for work, I have lived coast to coast and everywhere in between... and have never met a leasing staff that immediately

We are a traveling Rn family and were looking for a short term lease while here in Billings. Ave C staff were super friendly and accommodating. They made us feel like home immediately and were so welcoming and sweet to our four kids. The units are bright and beautiful, the amenities are amazing. We live on the top floor and use the rooftop patio for grilling several times a week. We love the security of the building, the game room, rooftops, the computer room, and most of all the community feel. They serve brunch every Saturday and we have really enjoyed getting to know the other residents in the
