Maintenance guys are great, apartment management is terrible. The girls at the front desk made constant errors when I lived here. tons of false promises (ie. washer dryer would be in apartment and would be notified when a garage was available for rent) in addition to being completely misleading on moveout inspections saying "everything looked good" only to try and accuse me of promising the wrong move out date and take 400$ out of my deposit. Id avoid this place at all costs if possible.

I was really excited to move into this place and for the most part it’s been okay. However, if I knew they were going to be expanding and building another apartment right next to me I would’ve not moved here. I’m constantly being woken up by all the loud trucks and construction noises which is really frustrating. The parking situation has been the most frustrating part because unless you pay for a garage there's no assigned parking. So good luck finding any parking if you get home late. Parking has actually gotten even worse with the construction going on because we no longer have an overfill

InterPointe is a wonderful community! We have lived here since mid-2016, and it has been great for me + my family. We moved from a 1BR into a 2BR within InterPointe, so I can speak for the move-out process too. As long as you pay your rent on time, you're not a disruptive neighbor and you clean your apartment thoroughly when you move out, it's smooth sailing. I got my entire deposit back for the 1BR and have always had a positive experience with the office staff.
The neighbors are nice + keep to themselves. I never hear them! I'm not sure why people are leaving reviews saying the walls are "paper

The walls are extremely thin, I have two kids and try to stay as quite as possible. Still get complaints from my downstairs neighbor. But when I call and complain about how loud my upstairs neighbors are they continue to be loud and nothing is done. The apartments themselves of cheap my friend leaned against the wall and some of the paint and dry wall chipped off. The side walls that you share are also amazingly thin. Can hear neighbors talking and dogs barking all the time. My sons constantly wake up at night from how thin the walls are. The more I called to complain the more the staff started

The walls are incredibly thin and I had the worst neighbors!! Either I was smelling weed all day long or my walls were shaking from the tv next door. The apartments are cute, but cheaply made. The carpet would unravel from the vacuum and if you even touched the wall the paint would come off. Staff was friendly and helped when they could, but can only do so much. Dog park is nice.

Have lived at Interpointe for over two years now, and would highly recommend it! The apartments are well insulated, so noise from the neighbors is almost never an issue (sometimes can hear people upstairs, but that's unavoidable anywhere you go). Closets are nice and big. Guest bathroom is massive in the 2 bedroom apartment! There is a gym available, as well as a pool and hot tub in the summer. Also, this is one of the few places in town that is pet friendly (cats and dogs). The property is well maintained, and maintenance is always available if there are any issues that need fixing.
