I was able to meet Mike through a friend and he is amazing! I have worked under my corporation for 38 years even though I had the cash other companies found an issue because I wasn't w2'd. Even after presenting my tax returns. Being self employed became a challenge when looking to purchase a home but not for Stonebriar Mortgage. I was able to get a bank statement loan and it was that easy supplying a couple years of statements. They communicate every step of the way and really held my hand virtually. My wife and I were looking for a mortgage broker who had experience and could get us the best rate possible.
