Luxury Nails out on Chenal will never ever get my business again. I placed my name on the sign in sheet and 3 others walked in behind me to receive the same service (pedicure). They walk in, the manager ask them what service they want, then tells them to have a seat at a chair. I was told to have a seat in the little waiting area. Now mind… you they didn’t have appointments either. I sat there for 20 minutes and never was approached again. So I get up and stand there for 5 minutes before someone ask me again can they help me.
