I had an appointment at 12pm for pedi/dip. I was here for a little over 4 hours. The pedicure lady cut my toe and I bled a little. The guy who did my nails was clearly a beginner. I asked for almond shape and he gave my round.
I am from Texas and wanted to treat myself while on vacation. I researched this nail salon and saw that they did really nice nail art, when I showed them my design they said they could do it. When the guy was done another lady (the owner) came over to do my design. She spoke nice to me in English but was cussing me out in Vietnamese in front of my face. I know this because

I always enjoy coming here to relax and unwind. The service is always excellent. The salon is styled beautifully. They have a nice luxury aesthetic. If your getting a pedicure I would ask for the nail tech “ B” she is amazing! Great conversation, professional, and wonderful customer service.

For a weekend it was super busy, and we arrived having made a reservation for a pedicure. The staff was incredibly friendly, even though they seemed short staffed at the time. (Though that isn't their fault) They were really great at letting those who entered know of the time wait, and most everyone stayed around for the wait. The pedicures were really great and I would highly recommend going to have one. They are really set on cleanliness and make sure that everything is hygienic (which is always a concern, especially with feet).

After a bad experience at another nail salon, I was so nervous trying to come here to see as if I had just finished fixing my nails. I made the best decision when it comes to scheduling these people! Great service and my nails are beautifully polished and shaped. I have a deposit. The customer service is excellent. Everyone is friendly and talkative but will also respect you if you need some peace and quiet. Very quick but my visit was not short-lived.

I have been to a few different places but overall this is by far my favorite! I always feel welcome, the staff is super friendly. My nails always last a minimum of a month, other places the clear coat and dip powder start to dip after 2 week and break super easily. Here my nails feel non existent and natural and not blocky like other places do. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this place for anyone looking to be pampered.

I always feel welcome when I come to this salon. Other places will size me up at a glance and serve me at their convenience. Deluxe nail spa makes me a priority every time I walk in the door. I am seated quickly, appointments run on time,, and I never feel rushed, no matter how busy they are. They are very friendly, polite, and careful. I come back for the relaxing atmosphere and great customer service.

Service is great and everyone is nice. However, you are charged double. I paid $90 for a pedicure with gel toe polish (nothing more added) and I could have got it done the exact same way at another nail salon for about $45. I will not be returning due to overpricing.

Decided to take my daughter to Chic nail salon that was recommended from a friend. The salon was nicely decorated and staff was very nice. My daughter loved the polish selection . She got the basic pedicure treatment. She said the massage chairs was great and the foot scrub was amazing. After the foot scrub and massage, hot towels was wrapped in her feet. She stated this was the best pedicure she's had. Her polish was perfect and looks great with her summer sandals. 🙂
