Mental Health Amer-Greater
More than half the people in the Houston area say they are struggling with their mental health this year. That unprecedented number includes kids. You can stand up for them right from where you are sitting. Last month, we were so grateful to be on the receiving end of a random act of kindness! Thank you so much to TD Williamson for sending over care packages for the Mental Health America of Greater Houston staff.

They wanted to make sure that our staff's mental health stays in tip-top shape, so we can help cater to the mental wellness of others! We love hearing stories of people stepping outside the box to improve mental wellness in our community! We want to hear the inspiring stories from all facets of the mental health community.
