I made an online reservation with this company since nobody would answer the phone. They have such nice reviews I figured I wouldn't have any issues. This morning at 5am I was waiting for the car to show up and nothing. I couldn't reach anyone and had no contact from their driver so I had to take my own vehicle which is now going to cost me an arm and a leg because I'm away for 3 weeks! I just got onto the IM with the company and they told me that "I made the mistake". Really? Someone actually just said that in writing to me- to their customer who they screwed over? I cannot speak higher about this company.... Kalo and his team have gone above and beyond in terms of service for our entire family... knowing that he or a member of his team will be picking us up from the airport has eliminated our “wait time” and impatience that we experienced with other companies.... also generously extending his hours to accommodate and wait for us if we go into the city with friends has made us feel safe and secure.
