We scheduled a car a month ahead of time for our first vacation in 2 years. No one showed up and we had to call an Uber. We barely made our flight. When my husband called the woman gave him attitude and said their servers went down. I would never recommend them.

Alpha is fantastic ,both of the drivers were EXCELLENT ,on time ,friendly ,and professional,i called at the airport for pick up they tod me what to look for and where to be ,,by the time i got to the spot here they were coming round corner,,never had such a perfect pick ... i have used them several times,,highly praise this business..thanks Alpha. m.m.

I'm so glad I found this service. We used them to get to and from the airport. The drivers were on time at our home and at the airport. Helped with luggage. Clean cars, professional staff. Pleasant experience. They are

I called around to different limo company. for a price on a party bus to take me and my friends to Chicago for a night of fun. The driver was very respectful and very caring. I would definitely recommend them. If you need a great limo company for your needs.

Even with Uber and Lyft, you can't beat Alpha Black. We use them often for trips to the airport or even for a night out on the town. They are very reasonably priced as their fleet is immaculate, showcasing a wide variety of cars. Our personal favorite was the party bus that took a group of neighborhood pals to the Cubs game! Cheaper than the train and Uber. Not to mention we always know we are getting a respectful and responsible driver!

My husband has been traveling for 15+years out of O'Hare and only uses Alpha. Friendly and respectful drivers, very nice fleet, on time pickup at my house every time.
