Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Pedro and his team installed sheetrock and tiling in my home. The work was great but then he disappeared. He was supposed to come back to provide estimate for flooring, stair repair and painting, promising multiple times we would hear from him but never showed up and hasn't return our phone calls.
