Herrmann Construction is the most incredible company to work with! From their office staff to the owners, their professionalism, attention to detail and craftsmanship are second to no one! Mark and Tom walked us through the bidding process, demolition and construction of our home while explaining everything each step of the way. After completing several project at our home I was very surprised by the uncooperative treatment by Mark Herman and his construction company. I have called and left messages as well as actually speaking to Mark about a loose board on our front porch. This is causing a dangerous situation for everyone going up or down the steps. A few nails will fix this problem but Mark has not stood behind his work and has not fixed this dangerous situation. I have sent pictures show him the problem. The most concerning point is that he does not return any calls and has left me with no options.
