We have 3 boys Aj, Bryson, and Liam. Originally from Arizona, we relocated to Wichita in 1996 with a 6 year expat assignment bringing us back to Wichita in 2004. After several years we decided to take a chance at entrepreneurship and look into buying small businesses. We now own Flint Hills Spas and Great Harvest Bread Co in Wichita.
Great Harvest Bread Co. is a crew of fun-loving bakers, sandwich makers and more importantly "people-people". We work hard and we love what we do. Currently, we are fully staffed, but are always on the lookout for hard-working, smart, fun people to add to our team. Stop by to pick up an application and we'll keep it handy for the next opportunity.
Serve your guests breakfast or lunch in our private conference room for your next meeting or presentation. We encourage the use of the catering menu or boxed lunches ordered ahead of time, rather than individual ordering to help expedite service. We can make exceptions as long as customer knows it could hold up the timeliness of service.
Great Harvest has been baking bread the way it ought to be from the beginning, and we still believe in our phenomenal bread-making process. We still believe in using pure, simple ingredients. We still bake everything from scratch. And we still fresh mill our 100% whole grain flour every day. Baking from scratch was the norm for our parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, and so forth.
This elegantly creamy soup resonates with the rich fall flavors of apples, caramelized onions, and roasted squash. This recipe is an interesting take on classic polenta using Great Harvests 9-Grain Cereal Mix. Instead of just corn, you get the nutritional benefits of red wheat berries, rye, flax, barley and more.

I've heard great things about this place, so when needing baked goods I headed here. Bought 3 packages of scones and a bag of cookies. My total was well over $20, if not closer to $30. The scones were terrible. Hard as a rock, so dry they crumbled like sawdust. The only thing edible was the packet of cookies. Everything else went into the trash. What a big disappointment! Shop was cute and clean and the girl behind the counter was very nice.

The best "bread company" in town. The bread is fresh and incredibly delicious. All the items on the menu are fresh. Soups are rich with flavor, sandwiches are explosive with taste. They sell great soup ingredients that you can make at home. All the desert items are made in store and will not disappoint. Overall atmosphere is very warm and welcoming.
