Feeling very disappointed in the cake we received again... We asked for a New Years decorated tiramisu cake. What they put on it what kinda resembles a palm tree (the leaves did not attach to the trunk which was a blob of chocolate), and a attempt of one large rainbow firework in the back? They really took a step down on who does decoration for the cakes from prior years we've ordered their cake... We were also very let down on our annual order of Christmas log cake. It was poorly decorated as well, with our strawberry log cake arriving soggy in the middle. The cappuccino log cake tasted fine.

I waited in line to order a sandwich. After waiting for some time, I started telling the guy at the counter my order and he interrupted me and very rudely told me he didn't have anyone to make the sandwiches when there was very clearly other people being made food. He was very dismissive and rude. I wouldn't have had a problem waiting until someone was available to help but he never gave me that option. I understand if you're employees are stressed because you're busy but being rude to customers who waited in line isn't a good excuse.

First, meal was not ready when I arrived at 10am as I was instructed to do. Secondly, not near enough sides for 8 to 10 people as flyer. Thirdly, everything was cold except for the runny mashed potatoes. Had to put everything in stove, including turkey, to warm up to eat it. Stilll have not tasted anything yet.
Update: weighed turkey after reheating, turkey was cold when given to me, it weighed only 7.4 lbs.. Flyer and website said turkey would be between 13 and 16 lbs. Dressing so wet it could almost pass for soup. Happy thanksgiving for $130.00s. What a big disappointment

We were recommended this place by an acquaintance and excited to try it. I should get this out of the way immediately. Unless you're a local who has been coming here for years and you know the "system" you WILL feel lost and feel a sense of disorganized chaos. I am going to put myself and my fiancé in the latter category. The store is oblong to accommodate two sides of the counter. The service was great. They are super friendly. Make you feel like part of the Family. Told her it was my first time. Gave me her recommendation. The Beef Stroganoff was awesome. With the shrimp gumbo was a nice side kick. Don't even get me started with the 30 bucks worth of pastry I walked out with. This is the spot for brunch and lunch. I'll definitely be back with a friend.

I really enjoyed joining some friends for brunch here, the other day. It is a quiet place and the prices are pretty reasonable. They had a Talapia meal that was only $7.50 and it came with a a large side. The sandwiches were inexpensive and I had a geek salad that was only around $6.50. They had a nice dining area that was really clean. Their baked goods looked amazing, I didn’t try any, my friends did and they said they were great. They had baklava and a large variety of others. The baked bread, they had for sale-smelled delicious. I would highly recommend this bakery/restaurant!

This place is a hidden jewel and never disappoints. When I'm in town, I never miss a chance to visit. The fruit tarts are out of this world and the custard filling is perfect. You're better off ordering four, two for now and two for later. Our kids love the cheesecake. Also, my church group can't get enough of the ham breakfast croissants, excellent!!

I love this place so much! Thanks to COVID, we canceled our original Birthday plans for our daughter, literally less then 24 hours before the party, juts canceled. Which is fine, life continues. I didn't want to miss out on celebrating something for her turning 2. So with that said I called up Bagatelles on a Saturday and the SAVED THE DAY! SERIOUSLY!!! They wrote on a strawberry cake Happy Birthday Sonya and I was able to pick it up. When our daughter woke up from her nap just the few of us got to enjoy the most amazing delicious cake. Seriously the best Chantilly Cake you can get

I usually never have a problem with this place but today was the exception. My daughter and I walked into the store to get some rolls and three other people came after us. Suffice to say, those 3 individuals were helped first even though I clearly told them I was here before them. Really upset me and I might be taking my business elsewhere

Great bakery known for their Chantilly cakes! Customer service is a hit or miss, everyone is mostly helpful and friendly, unless you get Claire (she's rough around the edges sometimes). The Almond Croissant, Baklava, Strawberry Logs, and Fruit Tarts are my go to dessert items, although I've never been disappointed by anything out of the dessert case. I have tried Bagatelle Bakery a couple of times over the last two weeks. I knew they were an amazing bakery because the co-op box I used to get from the farmers market once contained their bread and it was wonderful.
My last two trips were the first time I had tried anything other than bread and I was definitely not disappointed.
First stop was the chicken pot pie box lunch. The chicken pot pie was amazing. It also came with some mushroom gravy that I didn't try because the pot pie itself is just so filling. Also had an excellent fattoush salad along with it and a really yummy cookie

Bagatelle has been around for a very very long time. They are known to have the best Chantilly style cakes in Wichita. The Asian community loves it. They also have amazing mocha bars, eclairs, and tiramisu bars that you can purchase for less than $2 a piece. So good! The owner (Claire) is quite the character though. She will yell at you if you don't know what you want when you get to the register. She has 0 customer service skills and should just stay in the back of the store. She probably scares customers away. If you don't mind the rude owner, give this place a try. The desserts here

Horrible customer service. I called and asked for WHATEVER cake is available because I needed it urgently - I was given a list of available cakes and I chose from there.
An hour after, I got a call from the bakery with a woman YELLING AT ME telling me I ordered a cake that is not available.
I had no idea why she was yelling at me when all I wanted was ANY AVAILABLE CAKE! Fire that woman!!

There food is so good! I ate a quiche here and the crust was fantastic Im a big quiche girl and if you like a thick crust not the flaky pastry quiche than you will enjoy. We however did have a mix up with a pie order which was a bit annoying having to drive back after messing up my order I have to still admit the LEMON MERINGUE PIE was amazing beyond even what I thought it would be absolutely superb!!

Bagatelle is a unique spot that I enjoy visiting each time I see my dad in Wichita, KS. There are so many pastries and sweets to choose from; as well as bread loaves and baguettes. You can also stop by for lunch as they are known for their beef stroganoff lunch dish. I've been here for lunch before and while I don't remember the dish I had much, I do remember enjoying it.
