There was no hot water at the property, something Sandpoint Vacation Rentals knew about before we checked in and did not disclose to us until we spent a day trying to get a hold of someone on the phone to get the water turned on. They avoided us until a day later while any other available rentals filled up, denying us the opportunity to receive a refund and stay at a different property.
As it turns out, the water heater was broken and they would not be sending someone out to fix it. When we asked if they had any other suggestions on how to solve this issue we were told, "This is just how

BEWARE!!!
I am SO disgusted with the way my lease with Sandpoint Vacation Rentals is going I AM RETAINING AN ATTORNEY.
I am a seasoned real estate broker from California who leased a rental home from SVR and Brad Golphnee for a period of one year beginning less than three weeks ago.
What a mistake.
I took six days off of work and drove 1,200 miles to view a listing that was SORELY MISREPRESENTED online. The photos were several years old and in no possible way could be current. I was out of time and, I had already committed to such a distant location with no reasonable replacements available

I rented a house from them for 27 months , never again ! First and most importantly Jessie went through to do the annual inspection and said everything looked great shouldn't be any problem renewing the lease and probably wouldn't even see a increase in rent. Surprise next day found a eviction notice taped to my front door ( not even professional enough to give in person!) It basically said thanks for being good tenants but the owner doesn't want to renew the lease. Its funny because it was listed a week latter for $300 more a month. HE told my new landlord that i refused to sign

We rented a Condo at the Schweitzer Ski Resort and had a wonderful time staying in the very nice condo. There were two issues we had, one the hot tub broke the second day of our stay. Sandpoint Vacation rentals fixed the problem immediately! The rental manager came out the next morning and she had a repair service there that afternoon, we were able to use it that night. The second issue was that they advertised that they had WiFi.... This was not the case, they had "business WiFi" available... this meant that your device would say it was connected, but nothing would load. This was a bummer

We rented through Sandpoint Vacation Rentals for the ski season. We almost gave up on getting a rental agreement, there seemed to be a lot of difficulty getting it to us with the terms we agreed upon. When we entered to condo there were numerous lights out, with no bulbs to replace them, which we finally got from the store ourselves. About a month into our 2 and a half month stay, the main TV in the unit went out, it took weeks to get them to even address the problem, finally Jesse came and determined it was indeed out and he moved a small TV from a bedroom into the living room, with the promise
