We stayed here last year and it was fantastic. Billie Jean is a wonderful host and has everything arranged so that there is absolutely nothing you could want for. The home (not just a "house") is homey, well equipped and had everything we needed and then some. The hot tub made for lovely evenings and the view was stunning and relaxing. We loved eating our meals on the deck overlooking the lake. The only thing I would have changed was cooler evenings so we could have made use of the beautiful fireplace - so this year we're returning a bit later in the year so we can do just that.

Billie and Mike were absolutely awesome. the property is breathtaking. the views left me stunned. my husband got to fish his heart out. the security is incredible. cameras and a guard cat. lol. he patrols… the property and checks on guests. Horses and mules in the pasture you can pet and feed treats. the house is stocked with most needs and extras. you won't experience a better or more peaceful stay in Idaho. The price is too reasonable to be true. Worth every penny and mile for the out of towner's. Check this place out.

Twin Cedars (Billie) was amazing. we rented the Glamping Cabin. it was a beautiful little cabin tucked away from the city but not too far. Host was very friendly and has great recommendations! Listen to her. Campfire, outdoor shower, greetings in the morning from Bunny the horse and Brooster the Rooster. Outdoor shower set up was awesome and the bed was amazing. This little place has everything to keep you happy. Thank You!

This is a uniquely custom vacation spot. Mike and Billie take every effort to make your visit memorable and relaxing. I have stayed in every vacation rental they have. They are wonderful hosts and they offer many amenities from gorgeous views, lakeside water access, country cabin with baby horses and all. Accommodations are meticulous and focus on enjoying the moment. I look forward to it twice a year.!!

We stayed in Billie's cabin and felt as comfortable there as if it were our own home away from home. The location is perfect for exploring the panhandle. The hosts were gracious and everything we could possibly need was available. The bed was super comfortable; the outhouse was functionally fun. We would certainly return in any season.

Great vacation spot! We are about to enjoy our FOURTH summer here! Billie is a very attentive awesome host who really cares and looks after her guests! We love the outdoor hot tub and trails in the woods. We love the RV spot and the cabin on site is really cute. It's the perfect place to get away! And not too far from town.

We really research places we travel to. So 3 years ago we flew to Spokane and then drove to Sandpoint to check it out. WOW....just what we were looking for. A very well kept home on a secluded site, right on the lake. The views are breathtaking. The serenity is unsurpassed.
We have stayed here twice so far. Once for a full month and once for two weeks.
It is sited five miles off the main road and maybe 15 minutes from downtown Sandpoint. Far enough away to be peaceful, yet close enough for high quality dining....and the farmers market.

Attention all potential guests!!!!!! I have managed vacation properties for 8years myself & have been an avid "Airbnb'er/VRBO'er" guest as many years. Once again......Billie Jean managed to blow my socks off!!! Her levels of professionalism/hospitality/attn. to detail.. are like no other host I've ever encountered. I rented from her & Mike for the first time last Oct (the tipi)and found it difficult to put into words how amazing the experience really was. Stayed at camping cabin last month - wow!
