Each plan should honor your individuality, encourage creative confrontation of mortality and help you consider how to transfer values as well as wealth.

When I decided to start my own practice, I felt that estate planning and settlement was an area where I could offer people something special. Admitted to practice in New York, Barbara is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, and the Philanthropic Planning Group of Greater New York.
Stephanie A. Zacharias is admitted to practice in New York and Florida. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Rockland County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. A Rockland County native, Stephanie has returned home after spending nearly a decade in Florida.

Susan Slater-Jansen has retired after 35 years of practicing law. She would like to thank her former clients for allowing her to represent their interests in estates and with respect to their estate planning needs. Ms. Slater-Jansen is very pleased that many of them will continue to be well represented by the law firm of Cane & Boniface P.C.
