Thank you, thank you, thank you. I worked with both Mandy and Hunter to plan for my daughter's wedding. They both made excellent recommendations and were prompt and professional in all their communications. I had an aggressive estimate from another florist that I was considering and they are able to match it. Hunter showed at the venue on time and did an amazing job. I had planned for a certain number of wine bottles to be set up for the tables and other surfaces. I mistakenly brought many more bottles. Hunter was able to fill them all and the entire venue was filled with beautiful

I walked in to get flowers for a friend who recently lost their father. The person working, who stared at me suspiciously from the moment I walked in, asked what my price point was. I told her and she smugly laughed telling me I wouldn’t find what I was looking for there. I left feeling pretty embarrassed.

I've gotten flowers from Banchet for about a year now. There were a few times in which the flowers I received died right away but they would replace them each time so I kept ordering from them.
I received extremely expensive orchids for a birthday party I was throwing - and they completely died in 3 days - the leaves turned yellow and the flowers fell off. I called them and they had someone pick up the flowers. They called the next day to say that they didn't have the orchids I ordered anymore. I said okay just please process a refund. They said no - they would not give me a refund

I don't give 1 star reviews unless a business truly goes well out of there way to earn it and Banchet did just that. They are incompetent, rude, and quite frankly have a terrible selection for a high price.
I wanted to surprise my girlfriend with a nice bouquet so I did a random walk-in to Banchet since it was literally next door to where I lived. A gentleman helped me out, I told him my $400 budget and pointed out exactly which flowers I wanted (white peonies are my gf's favorite and purple orchids. They didn't have white peonies but they had a slightly pinkish peony which I was

I wish I could give 10 stars. I can't say enough good about Banchet Flowers and the truly amazing people working there. I recently had an event there and they went above and beyond. They were so easy to work with, very professional and do amazing work. The space was stunning and breathtaking the way they set it up with the gorgeous flowers and even put up candles for us! All our guests commented on how amazing it was.
If you need a place for a smaller event (around 100 people) in NYC, there's no better place to do it. ...Or if you need gorgeous flowers for any reason, you will not be

I just called Banchet Flowers because I am looking for a ceremony and reception space for my wedding. i cannot believe how unbelievably rude the person on the phone was. Dismissive and snide.
Banchet Flowers is a hot, trendy shop in the oh-so-chic Meat Packing district. I get it. But it's not an excuse to treat people like crap on the phone when I'm just making an inquiry.
I have been looking for a venue for a while so i have my schpeel down. I don't ask stupid questions and I don't repeat myself. There was no reason for the Banchet Flower employee to be that rude to me

My cousin held her wedding ceremony and reception at Banchet Flowers. I was originally skeptical about how you could host a wedding reception at what is essentially an upscale floral shop. If you're hosting a small gathering, then go for it.
