Alina is phenomenal!
After dealing with pain in upper back for few days I decided to give her a try. Never had acupuncture done before so it was hit or miss experience to be expected.
Alina was very calming with her approach and technique. Everything from massage and needles to suction cups (boy, they feel good...), was so calming and relaxing. I needed decent 15 min after treatment (which lasts 2 hours, btw!) to wake up and be able to drive. Not many things I found so far more relaxing.
After 3rd treatment, out of estimated 6 based on Alina's prediction, my back was happy and every next treatment

I have been an acupuncture patient at AT Wellness for about 6 years, beginning when I suffered a serious back injury. I was advised by neurosurgeons that I had *no* option other than back surgery. I was very young at the time, and suspected back surgery at such a young age would do more harm than good. So, I tried -- as a "last resort" acupuncture at AT Wellness.
Within months, I had regained full mobility. First, she worked on the pain and, once the pain was manageable, we worked on mobility. As someone who resisted taking pain medicine, I can't tell you how much I appreciated
