Services
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation. Designed to remove severe tension.
The Reiki 1 Class is a one day class that is an in classroom training in which you will learn all aspects of how to provide a Reiki Session. Reiki 1 Student Manual- Which includes all of the information for the class and hand positioning so you can refer back too after the class is completed. The Reiki 2 Certification is open to anyone who has taken the Level 1 Reiki Certification class.

I just got a Craniosacral Therapy session from Kyla and it was AMAZING. I cannot recommend more and am already trying to figure out when I can come back! I often get headaches and the past week it was daily. She was great and checked in with me at different points of the session if what she was doing was okay. I love the way she explains things. She has great insight and is very knowledgeable. What a great self-care resource!

I recently just got certified in White Light Reiki (First Degree) with Kyla Niewinski at the I AM Center of Healing LLC. It was such a great experience not just learning to conduct reiki or what reiki is and it’s history but as well as meditating and talking with Kyla. She was so helpful during class she eased my mind and made me feel confident in my ability’s and self. I’m very excited to continue class with her and finish my reiki training.

Kyla is not only a phenomenal teacher, she is a phenomenal healer. She is extremely professional, but personable. The Reiki Level I class with Kyla exceeded my expectations. She is very knowledgeable about the practice of Reiki and this was evident in her teaching. The best part of the class is that we had a lot of "hands on" training where we got to practice and perfect the treatment. I can not wait to take level II!

Phenomenal is an understatement! Kyla is not only an amazing massage therapist, but she is also an amazing healer, teacher, businesswoman, you name it. I have personally had relaxation massage, which is exactly that- relaxing!
