Had an accident and broke one of our double paned windows in the front of our house and needed a glass replacement for the window ASAP. Nagco was by far the best estimate I got for the repair, I was very pleased with the price. Paid our deposit and had the window glass replaced with in 1 week. It only took 2 hours for the actual labor and the glass in the window looks nearly identical to all of the rest of our windows! Overall I was so pleased with the communication, response time and quality of work.

NEVER EVER go there! There is a lady there who is very rude. I walked in and they just stood there not saying anything until finally she walked up and said "Can I help you" as if I am bothering her. I told her I needed a door window replaced. All she could say is that they needed to order it because it is illegal for regular glass to be put on a door. I did not really understand because the door is inside the house. I said can you come and see the door in my van and she rudely said no. I walked out because I have never been treated like that before. They made me feel I was bothering
