Similar experience. Placed my order on 6/4/21, told it could take up to 10-12 weeks for delivery. Put 50% deposit down. They came out within a week to take measurements. Thought everything was taken care of until almost a month later when I receive a text that they are ready to order my door, but need to know which way it opens. Shouldn’t that have been taken care of when the salesman was at my house when I first placed the order or when the man showed up to take measurements? So now almost 4 weeks later and my door still hadn’t been offered. Then I receive a text almost a

I want take the time to appreciate all your hard work as a team. It started out with the boss Joe who gave me a reasonable estimate.Then came Michelle my project manager which she communicated the whole time with great customer service. Finally the 4 workers that came to my home showed up on scheduled days were always right on time which is a big deal for me l, they came in and got down to business, they were very professional and finished installing 5 sliding doors 8 windows in 2 days both days leaving everything absolutely clean they also took the old sliding doors and windows. If I could take lower - I would.
Sale guy came in and treated my mother like a bother to work with. Would not provide any pricing other than we are not cheap when asked about ballpark prices.
The general demeanor and tone of his conversation eluded to the fact that he was bothered to even be here. He looked to be approaching retirement age- so maybe this company's issue with this salesman will be fixed shortly after.
Cannot recommend even to get a quote from this company- there are many others around- and ones that do not promote being affordable and then the sales guy saying- we are not cheap

I recently had a my kitchen garden window replaced and I must stress how HAPPY I am with my new window. It is beautiful and the installers did a superb job. They were on time, courteous and professional. I thought there would be a lot of dust but they placed a sheet of plastic to minimize dust. When done, they did a great clean-up job. Also, Martha O was a delight. She was always courteous when calling and always returned my calls in a timely manner, She is a valuable asset to Design Windows and Doors, Inc. Design Windows & Doors did a great job. They replaced a window with a patio door and it looks amazing. Martha the project manager kept me informed since the begging of the project. The installation crew were very professional and attentive with what I wanted. I would definitely use them again for any project needs and recommend them to anyone.
