Medical care can be complicated and daunting. Our Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) will navigate the patient experience with medication reminders and exercises to follow a path to healing. Each patient brings a unique set of medical challenges and our caregivers will deliver a custom solution for each patient.
Vertical Home Care delivers a holistic approach to patient care. In addition to monitoring medical care, our caregivers also address the personal needs of our patients. Our goal is to allow patients to focus on recovery and healing while remaining in their homes where they find most comfort. Terrible communication. I waited a month for a return call. I finally called HR and was told because of lack of staff they just didn't return my calls. I don't recommend this agency if you want any communication. Very very unprofessional. They talk a good game but don't follow-up with their promises.
