I can't say enough good things about the love and consistently conscientious care she has been shown. Meko and Kirt as(very involved, very PRESENT) owners have the gift of being able to handle not only the required administrative tasks, but to treat my M-I-L (and us) like family.
They have chosen a like-minded caregiver in Stephanie, who 'lives in' and gives not only the professional level of care required; but goes 'above and beyond' by communicating and treating every resident with respect and dignity.All of this adds up to a house filled with love and laughter and a spirit of acceptance that was sorely missing in 3 previous facilities.

I had the pleasure to tour Special Touch Living last month (December 2018) and I was very impressed. I have been searching for an assisted living for my parents for the last 9 months and have traveled all over Charlotte. This was the first place that I was truly excited about after my visit. Kirt and Meiko are truly caring and passionate team. I never got the impression that they were just the administrators but that they love and care what they do for their residents and families. It's a clean and lovely home and they keep the atmosphere as a home not a facility which was important for me and

My mother has been at Special Touch for a year now. I’m thrilled with Meko and Kurt Eure, the owners/managers and the wonderful staff they have working there! The place always smells fresh and clean, the resident ladies well cared for and content. My mother said “They make me feel special but they probably do that for everyone.” The ladies eat together and enjoy balanced meals prepared by the caring staff. I’m so pleased to have found Special Touch for my mother. Extra bonus is it’s close to my home and I visit almost daily.

My mother has been living at Special Touch for about 4 months now. It is her first time living in a care setting and it has, of course, been an adjustment. But the Special Touch staff has been patient and kind, and I can see my Mother becoming more comfortable and at home there. I cannot express how grateful I am for that. Thank you, Special Touch!

When my mother needed more care than home and a safe environment we moved her to Special Touch Living. Kurt and Meko could not have been more caring and kind. I live in NYC and it was important that she was in a safe and nurturing environment. All of the staff were wonderful and the facility was spotless. Although we recently needed to move her to a skilled facility, the several years that she spent with Meko gave us peace of mind. I highly recommend!!

My husband and I are both very happy with Special Touch Living and the care and attention that his mom is receiving there. As a result of her illness and resultant complications (falls, broken hip, etc); there have been stays at other facilities-but none that has addressed ALL of her needs in one place. She is not only well cared for, but Spiritually cared for. She is physically AND mentally stimulated, and engaged in the day-to-day happenings at the house and among its residents. Planned Bible study, frequent outings

When my grandmother needed to move to an assisted living facility, I wanted to look at the larger more poplar facilities but my mom was told of a new home that was a home and not an institution. I was very skeptical but agreed to meet with the owners, Kirt and Meko. Once I met them and we talked and I saw how they interacted with my grandmother, I change my mind and was excited for her to move into Special Touch Living as their first resident in Huntersville.
I went to visit regularly and was so glad that we found Special Touch Living. They allowed her to live as if she was at home. They helped
