If you've been in an auto accident and submit a claim to your insurance company, here are some things you need to know. You have the right to choose a repair shop to fix your vehicle. Once you've informed the insurance representative that you've selected a repair facility, it's illegal for them to try to influence you to take it somewhere else.

I had something go through my drivers side window when I was driving. It shattered completely. Still in shock from what happened I called Northland Collision and they told me to bring it right over, and the woman on the phone was so sweet. When I got there, Duane and the team looked at it and took amazing care of me and my van. He told me they would figure out a plan and not to worry. He found a used window to save me a bunch of money and had it ready the next day. He even gave me a loaner to make sure I had a way to get around. When I picked it up, it was perfect. The team even cleaned/vacuum

This is the best collision shop around. Duane did a great job on my car - looks like new - and they were fast. They fixed the front of my car in 2 days, where another collision shop said it could take them more than a week. Northland also gave me a free loaner car while they worked on mine. The price was very good. This was altogether a good experience.

I chose Northland Collision because I wanted to support a small local business instead of a chain, and they were located close to where I live. Someone rear ended me in January and fortunately it wasn’t too bad. Only my fender was damaged in the back. They easily worked with my insurance company and would have worked with the rental car company, however I use a piece of equipment for work that doesn’t easily fit in certain cars so I was concerned about that. Northland thought outside the box instead of adding more stress for me. They got the new bumper, matched the paint and painted it before

This review is based solely on customer service. My business was refused due to the fact that I wouldn’t give them any of my insurance information. I already had the insurance company assess the damage and cut me a check. I was simply there to have my car fixed and pay them to do so. They refused to even look at my car and sent me to another shop. Totally unprofessional, I would not recommend.

Today my niece to stop by Rosemont collision to get an estimate for having her bumpers repainted on her 2012 Volvo . I live in Connecticut and have been in this industry for approximately 30 years .
My niece will accompany me to work as a child so she is somewhat familiar to the industry.
Subsequent to receiving an estimate from Rosemont collision the estimate was forwarded to me for review. Following the review of said estimate I have come to the conclusion that the estimator and/or management of Rosemont collision are either stupid or attempting to defraud a woman.
On their estimate they had

Amazing! They went above and beyond anything I could have excepted. I called to make an appointment and they told me to just come by whenever I could. They looked at it right away and told me they would deal with the insurance company themselves. The car rental place we booked messed up our reservations and Northland was able to get us a rental car on the spot. We were referred here by a friend and we will definitely recommend them to everyone!

Free rental car? Big plus! Super fast repairs? This is the place! Very professional, quality work and they take the hassle of dealing with your (or not even your) insurance company. I dropped off the car, 4 days later it was brand spanking new again. They quickly ordered additional parts after discovering internal damage, worked everything out with the insurance company, and their price was very fair. I am a very happy customer.
