Called the shop to inquire if they would do an inspection on a car I was considering buying. Tim was more than accommodating. I didn't have any work on a vehicle to complete but will drive out of my way to give them business my next opportunity. I appreciate good service and from my first experience here, they I can see that they believe in that too.

Tim(the owner) called right away and quoted a great price, and said he would be working late Monday, so that would work better than the Friday he called. Took off OT and rushed out there(live about an hour away with traffic) to find out that nobody was there, and they must have closed early also. Tried calling Tim multiple times but just went to voicemail. Waited around for 10-15 minutes in case they had to run somewhere, but nobody ever showed up. Wasted 2 total hours of driving for nothing.
No call back the next day to explain or apologize, nor a response by email either. Very unprofessional

We just had our fourth job completed by Delaray at Legend Autobody in Bloomington.
He did my dad's crushed door, my wife's quarter panel rust. He did the rust on my car and now some damage that happened from a bike falling on my wife's car, and all four times the work has come in under what they estimated giving us a pleasant surprise each time. I don't know if it's intentional or not, but they have brilliant customer service.
They've got a customer for life.

Love this place! Tim and the team painted and installed new fender flairs in my 2011 Silverado as rust was starting to reveal itself on the rear wheel-wells. They also touched up some rust above the windshield that must have been a rock chip that went bad. The truck looks amazing! Theses guys are rock stars!!!

Brought my 2019 ram 1500 in to have a scuff/scratch mark on my bumper fixed from backing into a wood post. After getting a quote from another popular shop in the area for 1400.00 I decided to shop around. Next stop was legend. Tim looked at it quick and gave me an estimate of under 400.00. Gave him the go ahead and the job only took one day to do. Very happy with how it turned out. Looks like nothing ever happened. Tim and everyone I talked to were very polite and professional. Will definitely come back to legend auto body for any future body repairs.
