Love love this place!! I had Botox and fillers done here by Alla and she is the best!! She explained everything to me and was very knowledgeable and the prices in my opinion were great. I really didn't want to have to do this but I have no choice , I went to this place to get my lips done and I got botched , so here is what had happened , I had previous filler in my past and as we know filler goes away after some time , so I go to this office and (alla) consulted with me and was hesitant to do my lip filler because she said she sees little bumps inside my lip from previous filler which we all know is normal , regardless of her saying that she decided to go through with doing my lips because she said she can fix them and make them look good , I left the office with my lips

I have been coming here for over a year and never disappointed. The place is super pretty and clean. The reception staff is very attentive and sweet. The nurse injector is amazing - caters to my fear of needles every visit which is appreciated, I know I can be annoying. And I am always happy with results. They even called to check in on my results if I was happy with them.

I went here with a Groupon for Botox for 40 units because I thought that was what I would need. Ala the technician honestly told me I only needed 20 units and we could save the other 20 for next time. The ladies were nice. Office was clean. That's the positive...so I really wanted to give a good review but my personal experience was otherwise. I asked for a natural look and it was anything but a natural look. Unfortunately, my lip were overfilled, uneven and have been blowing up for the past two weeks. And they hurt a lot every night. Paid $2500 for 60 units botox, 4 syringes of lip and cheek filler in end of December. ALL of it was gone by February and looks like I never had any work done. I believe they are watering down their product, using expired or off label products. I have been getting filler for years at a plastic surgeon's office and this is the first time it has not lasted at least 9 months. The person who injected me also injected my lips outside the lip area which didn't look good. I also bruised so bad that it looked like I got beat up.
