Very professional and clean! I went in about 15 minutes after opening and was seated almost immediately. They did a fantastic service and kept checking to make sure I approved of every detail, which I loved. WILL BE COMING BACK.

Went here last year to get my nails done before a trip to Vegas. I walked in and waited a while before I was paired with Grace. Got offered a drink and then showed her what I wanted done. She didn’t do exactly what I wanted, but I got compliments on my nails the whole time during my trip, so can’t complain! The price for my nails ended up being around $100 including tip, which I wasn’t too thrilled about, so I would definitely recommend this place if you want to treat yourself or have a special occasion coming up, rather than a place to come to regularly.

Kayla-front desk is great, welcoming, and accomodating. My 1st time here and the tech I get set up with- grace, is thorough with the service but she was not engaging. Barely spoke to me after I made polite conversation.Didnt ask me about options of the services I wanted to ensure it was how wanted. Unfortunately 2 of my coffin nails are crooked and I believe she knew, however because there were plenty of clients coming in, she hurried off. Even forgetting the glitter accents as reqywsted.the Asian lady who did my husband pedicure was nice but broke the liner of the foot bowl and was lazy enough

Mediocre services for very high prices. Pretty atmosphere! They charged full price for a kids pedicure ($35.00) which I thought was strange. The lady who did my nails kept going on about how skilled she was but it was honestly the worst and most expensive acrylic manicure I've ever had. I think they could go a lot further with the awesome environment if the skills of the artists matched the prices they charge.

I have tried many different nail salons in Mobile. This one is newer and very nice. It is always busy so make an appointment. All of the technicians do a great job. They are nice and professional and my nails look great. They don't rush you and they create a nice environment. Everything is clean and appropriately sanitized.
They are in a great location. You are within walking distance to Marco's, a greek restaurant, a coffee shop, Publix, Taco Mama, Polish Boutique and many more. You could get in out quickly or make a day out of it.

So I was on a 13 hour road trip going from Florida to Texas, and as one would do during their drive, I couldn’t help but notice my unsightly nails as they were directly in front of me as I steered the steering wheel. I decided that before I check in my hotel, I get my nails done 💅. I checked in and shortly after, I was appointed to Melissa. She treated me very well and listened to what I wanted :) and she did just that. She was very skilled in what she did and my nails look fabulous! I wanted a design on my nails and she asked another nail designer to draw the smiley face. Gel nails are pretty

Very professional, clean, and awesome manicures and pedicures! They have great customer service and you can earn points to get discounts on services the more you come. They stay busy so it’s important to make an appointment but they always have a lot of times available. I recently had a gel pedicure and within a week the color changed (possibly from the sun) and they were more than happy to change the polish for free when I came back a few days later. It’s a little bit more expensive than other places but the customer service and experience is absolutely worth it!

I had the best experience here. The technicians are so meticulous, and I did not feel rushed in/out. Do yourself a favor, and make an appointment. Making an appointment ensures you don’t have to wait, and simply adds to the relaxation of your experience. I will most certainly be coming back. I have nothing but positive things to say.

I LOVE this place! I'm from Indiana on my way to Gulf Shores and needed my nails done. I googled a nail salon on my route and this one popped up. I called two weeks in advance and made an appointment for Mani/pedis and when I tell you this experience was WONDERFUL, I do mean fantastic. Top notch professionalism, kindness and even had a mimosa to pass the time. 100% recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

I went to Charm Nail Lounge for the first time today. I was greeted immediately and was super lucky to get a walk-in appointment. Victoria did an incredible job on my horrible looking toes. She exercised professionalism and familiarity. I felt cared for not just "serviced". I'm a very average tipper but every few minutes I caught myself thinking how much more to add to my intended tip. I would definitely recommend to make an appointment as they were well visited. I'm glad I finally tried this nail lounge and it will definitely be my go to from here on.

I came in not knowing what I wanted , I just knew I wanted short because I am very active , swimming , running , etc. this is the first time I have liked short nails( most places I went to they were crooked and did not look right - ) not this place ! though they are short they are so pretty :))) also , she did not hurt me at all Because usually I bleed when I get my nails done and I didn't which is a plus !! Thank you so much Anna , I will make sure to book you again next time :)

I've recommended this place to several people. They list their hours till 7pm. But DO NOT go there after 5:30 pm. This is the second time that they rejected customers between 5:30 and 6:15 when they weren't even busy. If you list your hours till 7, you plan on taking customers till 7. Otherwise, put it in your ad that you don't take customers after 5:30. An out-of-town guest was dropped off there by a friend going thst way and I was to pick her up at 7 after feeding and bathing her two year old. They wouldn't take her because they said it was too late. She arrived at

New to town so first time here.. very clean, they sanitize chairs and working stations between clients. Equipment is clean. A lot of color options. Had Ashley for gel mani and she was beyond great! Had Angela for gel pedi and she was also great! Kind and professional workers here. Great salon.
Only down side: are the prices. Just moved here from Los angeles and I paid $65 for gel mani pedi over there. At Charm it's $90 for gel mani pedi . Insane! That's my only reason for not going back. Will keep looking for my go-to salon.

Stopped in for a pedicure with my sister at 5:30. The lady at the front desk said she wasn't taking anymore appointments. I told her I didn't realize I needed to make an appointment and she said I didn't....How is it that you say you close at 7:00, it's 530 with four salon folks yet no one wants to work. First and last visit for us!

I love this place! i've been here two times now and i couldn't be happier with my service. the first time i went i got my eyebrows waxed and they turned out okay and i probably won't get them done here again. other than that i'm in love. it's so clean, the atmosphere is nice, and the nail techs are fabulous!

Super elegant shop with a friendly staff!! Love that they are up to date with all of the latest designs and trends! Also love that you can have your toes the exact color of your SNS nails! No more searching for a polish to somewhat match! Their NuMe pedicure was fantastic, but I can't wait to try some of their other options as well Raina was very nice and easy to talk to. I'll be going to Charm for all of my nail/pedicure needs!!

I was very excited about this place because it is nice, clean and more upscale. However the end product doesn't hold up. If you go I recommend getting gel polish only. I went twice to get a fill and pedicure. The pedicure was nice and they seem to do a good job at first on the fill. The polish only last a week and my nails actually started coming off. I went to another place a week later to have all of them fixed.

Finally, A nice nail salon in midtown! I'm really picky when it comes to nail salons and this place definitely passed the test. The inside is clean, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff is friendly. I've been 4 times and never had to wait longer than 15 mins. I also love the fact that you can enjoy a nice glass of wine while being pampered! :)
