The customer service is wonderful. My nails were in need of a Fill in a major way and they took care of me even though I hadn't had my nails done there originally, but treated me like a lifetime customer. Which I will be from now on. 😍

I’ve been coming here for three years and have excellent service every time. There is no wait if you make an appointment and they always have you seated immediately! I recently just had a pedicure by Helen and it was phenomenal. I cannot recommend her enough for helping me!.

I was not to happy about how my nails came out, they were uneven and bulky. She cut my skin and did nothing about it, and she was very rough. Will not be coming back.

I liked going here until the last time I went in. I had gotten gel polish put on back in April so I went to have it removed last week. I didn’t want any new polish or anything else done besides just getting the gel polish off. The girl seemed to be irritated that I didn’t want anything else done. She kept asking me why I didn’t want more gel and I finally had to say “I just don’t!!”. I felt very uncomfortable and pressured. They charged me $15 just to have the polish removed!!! And there was barely any polish on my nails to even take off! They do a good job, but trying to pressure people

My niece wanted to get her nails done and found this place online yesterday.
First this isn't the design she showed the nail tech.
Second (IMO) this isn't a design but was charged an extra $10 for design 😳
Third the quality is just awful.
So, I took her back today so that I could speak to the owner one adult to another and asked him to calculate the total for me because $105 for a pedi and full set just doesn't add up (especially for this quality).
Now, the owner was cool and I appreciate him correcting the issue and giving $10 back to my niece as we could both see there is no design here
