Was absolutely rude and not very professional at all. They tricked me into towing my car charged me 214$ and closed early so they could charge extra days. Not at all a good business. You get punished if they don't have enough staff . While u take a loss with extra cost they're getting paid for not being at there job

First things first, I want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for towing my car to the mechanic! Lazer Towing was very helpful, GREAT communication, and very quick. I’ve never had to have a tow. After calling several tow companies, a lot didn’t answer and those who did answer gave me ridiculous prices. I found Lazer Towing and they immediately answered and took care of me with very reasonable price. I’m so grateful I was able to find Lazer.

Broke down and contacted my insurance. The driver came all the way to west memphis ar. The driver was not mad even after I lead him to a trussel bridge that was too low for him and had to back track and go around. The driver was absolutely awesome. Driving skills were on point when he got my car in my driveway even on a 1 way road that he almost didnt fit down. My insurance qouted me 3 1/2 hours but he made it in 1 hour and 45 mins.
