I moved from placerville in 2019 and leased out my home on reservation road. Aborn Powers has managed the rental impeccably. Every call for maintenance or repair was responded to almost immediately and completed at a reasonable price and efficiently. We're located here at 19465 n. Indian Canyon, and so far so good! They've been extremely pleasant and understanding over the phone! I've called them in a water leak panic and they've been super helpful, even teaching me how to resolve it. They've made the transition into newer tenants a smooth one and that alone has made our lives so much easier as these starting months have been plenty stressful, it really helps hearing a friendly voice from your leasing company!
