Dental implants are a great way to replace missing teeth and also provide a fixed solution to having removable partial or complete dentures. Implants provide excellent support and stability for these dental appliances. Dental implants are artificial roots and teeth (usually titanium) that are surgically placed into the upper or lower jaw bone by a dentist or Periodontist - a specialist of the gums and supporting bone.
An implant-supported denture is a type of overdenture that is supported by and attached to implants. A regular denture rests on the gums, and is not supported by implants. An implant-supported denture is used when a person doesn't have any teeth in the jaw, but has enough bone in the jaw to support implants.
A crown (or cap) is a covering that encases the entire tooth surface, restoring it to its original shape and size. A crown protects and strengthens tooth structure that cannot be restored with fillings or other types of restorations. Although there are several types of crowns, porcelain (tooth colored crown) are the most popular.
Clear aligners, also known as clear-aligner treatment, are orthodontic devices that are a transparent, plastic form of dental braces used to adjust teeth. There are about 27 products available including ClearCorrect and Invisalign. Invisalign aligners are the clear alternative to metal braces for adults and teens.

When i went to get a tooth pulled and a tooth filled last year, kumar did a perfect job on the extraction and on the filling not so much. 3 months later and now at a top notch dentist, i’ve learned that the tooth filled has cracked all the way into the root, this tooth was not cracked before. i was supposed to get another tooth pulled in the process but was told to make another appt…makes sense now.

Monika with KDental is amazing! I had been suffering for nearly 2 years with tooth pain from 2 failed root canals and crown. She explained to me what has happened with my failed root canal and pain will continue until tooth is removed. She and her team extracted the infected teeth and headaches are gone and I am able to sleep throughout the night again. Thank you Monika!

Dr. Kumar is Awesome at what she does! She's very knowledgeable and keeps up with the new dental technology. She & her staff work hard at making you feel very comfortable in her office & she explains everything to you. I tend to shy away from dental work because of pain but she makes sure I feel no pain. I've gone back to her for all of my dental work over the years including; cleanings, crowns, fillings, implants, and a bridge. She does great work & I would recommend giving her a try!

Dr. Monika Kumar has been wonderful to work with! I had waited almost 4 years for extractions and am happy I found her for my procedure. She thoroughly explains the process prior to your visit. My extractions were not an easy feat and she advised me best how to handle it, as well as took her time and tried to be as pain-free as possible. Highly recommend her and her staff! She offers a wide variety of dental services and cosmetic dental services. I was fortunate enough to have the IV Sedation for my wisdom teeth extractions and recommend it hands-down to alternate options!

Meeting Dr. Monika Suresh, DDS was happenstance & am I GLAD AS HECK!! My hubby was seeing her & for the first time after quarterly dental checkups with our previous dentist, she proved to us that he'd ground his teeth down SO BAD (in sleep & chewing gum), that we could see the pulp of his teeth! He had about 25 teeth about to explode into ROOT CANALS! She had a very casual meeting with us, made models of his teeth proving it was indeed dire, and proved bone loss that must be dealt with right away. After we agreed on the insurance vs personal payments, she went straight to work

Horrible place!! Do NOT waste your time! I scheduled an appointment over the phone after finding out they accept my insurance both on my insurance’s website, and talking to the receptionist. Gave them all the info at that time. I arranged child care for my 2 y/o and 8 mth old and arrived for my appt. The receptionist comes out from the back to tell… me they don’t take my insurance any longer, and she’s not sure why whoever it was scheduled my appt. Please REAPECT people’s time as you wish they would yours; especially a mom of two little ones who has made so many arrangements
