OVER PRICED.
RIPPED OFF.
I brought a trailler to repair a door normally that is a 2 maximum 3 hour labor and the cost of the door is $350 plus accessories for $50 repair cost is normally $750.00
They charged almost $1600.00. I called them, the receptionist transfered me to the shop manager. They shop manager said there is an error from the receptionist, it was never changed. THEY NEVER REFUND THE MONEY EVENTHOUGH THEY ADMIT THE ERROR. They charged me $800.00 labor, $400 for the door and $300 for accessories and a whole lot of taxes.

I spent 10k with this dishonest deplorable business in November of 2020. They had my truck for 9 mos. and they inflated my bill from 4k to 10k. They did not fix anything on my truck..nothing. I picked up a Semi that would lose power uphill bobtailing, took it right back and it's been there since December and they have already attached me a 7k bill and are charging me for things already contracted in the 10k job. They are holding my vehicle hostage and refusing to contact me. If you have time to stop your business and go through something like this with a two bit shop owner stay away from Travis

Tam truck and trailer are crooks. I took my truck to them, and they charged me $6,000 to do an injector job. They kept my truck for 4 days because the mechanic dropped a pin in my transmission. When I left with truck, my truck was worse than when I dropped it off. I took my truck up to Pittsburgh Power, to discover that Tam put the wrong injectors in my truck. Even after admitting to putting wrong injectors in my truck, they made me wait on a refund for 3 weeks, only to tell me they can only give me half of my money back. Travis is a crook, and he has Larry scared to speak up. Larry told me that

I would rather give them no stars, EXTREMELY OVER PRICED, you can get better work at the dealer for a cheaper rate. They make you feel like you're in good hands & hit your pockets hard. I was told instead of replacing the striker on my door that they would just polish & fix it. Charged me an hour of labor on top of $40 welding supplies. The striker costs $30 at the dealer! But to them it's cheaper to just charge you more & not worry about ordering a cheap part.

I have my own shop about 50 miles from them and could have fixed the truck myself in less time and a whole lot cheaper.
My bill came out to be $5600 and change.
I had most of the parts to fix everything at my shop, but they never would communicate with me until they had run up over $4,000.00 in labor.
My advise is to skip this company and go to the truck dealer instead, they would get you in and out quicker and cheaper with quality parts.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had in 23 years of trucking took the trailer in for a routine DOT brakes and drum job. End up costing me upwards of $4000 on what should’ve been a $1500 job. Ended up having to take the trailer to another shop to get the work done I would never use this place again ever and I do mean ever.Spoke with the owner all he did was make excuses for sorry work

Worst place to get the truck repaired
They don't know what are they doing, they are using just any parts that may feet to your trailer or truck, but not original. Just to gave you idea.
They used universal wheel seal on my Volvo and tied the nuts so hard that in 200 miles I had new seals leaking again. Coast me almost 750$ to repair 2 wheel seal for 200miles. Don't use them unless you have extra money
