Their website says they do custom trailers. This led me to believe I could order a trailer. I sent a list of specs and asked about ordering. I received the following one sentence response from the owner: We are out of open aluminum car haulers at this time.
I have $15,000 cash and want to order a trailer. I understand it may take months to receive. I even say in my email that I can borrow a trailer from a friend in the meantime, but I want to order a trailer to spec.
He didn't even read my email. I wonder if he'll read this review?

Horrible customer service. Paid for a trailer in full and did not receive a title. They said they would mail it to me. After a month and a half with no title I called. They said it was filed wrong. Also got home with my new trailer and noticed they put two different wheels on my trailer. On top of that my trailer did not come with a spare tire. Big Tex trailers come with a spare and you get the title before you leave the show room.
Other than my stakes not fitting in my stake pockets and the tie down points are not supported it's a decent trailer.

My husband and I bought a trailer from this business, and also decided to order a metal building and carport because they are a dealer for Eagle Carports. The owner had his son put in the order, and when my husband told him that the dimensions were incorrect, he was told that it could easily be changed when Eagle carports called to schedule. Mind you, this was way back in August of 2020. Fast forward to December, got a call from the Eagle carports saying they couldn’t change the dimensions without us paying a lot more money and we had to wait even longer because they had to verify it with the

We had a great experience here. We were traveling from Richmond, Va and had some issues with our trailer. They had everything we needed to fix it and very graciously gave us pointers and advice on what we needed to do. Super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and Saturday hours. We could use a place like this up in Richmond. Thanks for your help!!

I would give no stars if it were an option. Drove 200 miles to see the inTech product - was told Brad - the owner - would be back in next week . So called to talk about an order and Hunter told me to "write everything down" I wanted and they would get back with me - they didn't even take the time to help with a build. So got a build pulled together and sent to Samantha for a price quote - she stated she would pass along to Brad. Brad called later and left a message he would get back with me to quote a price - he did not call as he stated in his voicemail. Called Brad again and left a voicemail

I purchased this beautiful 40ft Intech trailer from RPM a few weeks ago and could not be more satisfied. Everything about the trailer was to my specifications. RPM trailer has only one goal for their business and once you realize this you can avoid future migraines with them. They are about selling new trailers and only selling new trailers. My company has purchased 6!!! I repeat 6 trailers from this company. So I end up losing a fender on one of these. They Tell me they need to pay for it in order to order. That's fine I give them the card number etc. A month goes by and I finally ask. They say it'll be with the next trailer shipment. Long story short, they tell me on 3 separate occasions that it's coming with the next shipment of trailers! This was
