I ordered a bulk shipment and it came very quickly. The box was a bit roughed up, I'm sure due to UPS handling. Everything inside looked great except a couple mishaps. One 8 oz bottle was bent up from transit and one 4 oz bottle was missing from my order. Next day I called customer service. A kind lady picked up right away. She was very helpful. I was put on hold for a few minutes. Then she came back telling me a replacement will be on the way soon. I am satisfied. I will order again in the future.

Good quality, best of all great customer service. I’ve talked to A lot of packaging companies before and most of them didn’t have good selection and the lead times were too long the customer service wasn’t all that and it just didn’t seem like they had my interest at heart. This time with FH packaging they were nice and friendly and gave me good advice. If you care about your quality and your brand then this is the place to go!

I have enjoyed working with Rad at FH Packaging. He has been really helpful with getting me the best price for the products that I needed. They have better prices than any other company that I have dealt with. They are also extremely responsive. I have never had to wait longer than 24 hours for a response from Rad. Exceptional customer service!!!
