Not normally one to leave negative reviews, but felt the need to here.
This place has a website that invites you to fill out an online contact form with questions. Spent the time to fill that out and was emailed back (after they had closed already) telling me I had to call in instead.
Why have an online form for customers to fill out if you're only gonna ask them to call in and repeat everything they already filled out??? Or use my contact info to call me back!
Reviews here were great so was surprised by this. Guess I'll find somewhere else. :(

These folks are awesome! I've had my BMW serviced here since I moved to McMinnville 3 yrs ago. They are honest, up front & fair. I've told them how much $$ I have to spend on a project & if it happens to be above that price, they check with me 1st before just finishing it & charging me. Unfortunately my poor old beemer finally gave up the ghost after 24 yrs. The cost to replace the transmission, if they could find one, was too much to add on. I was driving a bigger vehicle than I normally do and turned into the car lot without realizing it was an automotive shop. I couldn't get out and ended up getting stuck between two cars, and a man came out (I wish I had gotten your name), to move both cars for me so I could get out safely. He was so nice and didn't make me feel bad at all, he even smiled and waved as I drove off. What a sweet person! I was so impressed. I don't live here, but I'm going to make sure my friends who do only go to your shop from now on. I'm sure their customer service is incredible if this is what the staff are like

I know a little about cars and typically do repairs myself, but now that I only have one car time is of the essence for needed repairs.
George is great, he explains everything and gets me the best price possible. He even took me into the shop and had the mechanic show me exactly what was wrong and what needed replaced.
They even gave me a loaner car to drive for a few days while they were doing the repairs. I'd recommend Steve's Auto Service to anyone.
