Doc Brown's Auto is changing the way the typical customer sees auto repair by adding SERVICE back into the service industry. We have been working for other shops in the field for more than 20 years. We are tired of seeing the way some shops treat their customers - making the customer wait to hear the diagnosis of their car, misdiagnosing problems and selling unnecessary services, and then using inferior parts.
We are changing the customer experience by being communicative, honest and fair. We can scan for codes, do most repairs and maintenance and get you back on the road safely and affordably. All services are by appointment only, which includes working around schedules, on evenings and weekends. This allows us to focus on what your car needs instead of focusing on multiple cars at a time.

We are a family business and are well qualified to handle any type of repair (ASE Master Certified, 20+ years in the industry). We provide high-quality work and excellent customer satisfaction, always giving more than is expected. We are able to diagnose elusive/problematic issues with all makes and models.
Doc Brown's Auto would love to be able to help you keep your car alive and healthy. Our auto repair shop tries our best to work around schedules - including evenings, weekends, etc. Call or text and we will get back to you as soon as we can. PLEASE NOTE: We do not typically provide "emergency services" - we schedule by appointment only, and sometimes our schedule gets booked very quickly.

This guy is amazing! I'm from out of state so I was unsure of a good mechanic. I found him on Google somehow and I'm so glad that I did! He told me exactly what was wrong and gave me great knowledge for the future. He sent me a link of a shopping cart he built with the parts needed. He got a killer deal on everything. That way you know exactly what's what. Then he only charged me fair labor! It was a great pain free experience! He has great knowledge and will charge you a very fair price! Thank goodness for him!

Doc is so amazing!! Such a god send, you won't be able to find a better mechanic out there! He is so genuine and truthful and upfront about everything ! He saved me thousands of dollars of repairs on a suv I was going to by from capital Toyota !! Do not go there to buy anything!! I am just so impressed with such the thorough job he did of the inspection of the vehicle! He found everything you could possibly think of plus so much more when he went to look at it! Things I would not even have thought of looking for, that would have made a big difference if not looked at! I give him 10+ stars

So appreciative for Dr. Brown's auto! We were on a long road trip and had a sudden engine light came on, despite having our car tuned up before departure 72 hours ago. I chose to go to Doc Brown's because of his mission statement about not wanting to overcharge people who don't know much about cars, and for the awesome reviews in Yelp. I got better service than I've ever received anywhere! I had gotten stuck over night in Salem due to car issues and had found him in Yelp the next morning. I did have to call many times, but Doc is a husband and wife operation, so they are busy. My family has been going to Doc for our cars for years now. I cannot recommend him enough as a knowledgeable and HONEST mechanic. He explains everything that needs to be fixed (in normal terms, especially if you know nothing about cars) and has always been able to fix our cars with ease! I wouldn’t trust anyone else to take care of my car.

Not going to lie i was a little worried about the service and quality of work id get from a mobile mechanic but let me say i was beyond impressed with the work i got a large amount of knowledge paired with a great dude and fair price he also took the time out of his day to go over and beyond what he was there to do came out to just figure out what was wrong with my truck ended up staying and replacing the part i will be telling anyone and everyone about this company and id feel safe saying ill be calling again if i ever have another issue thank you so much

I saw the ratings of this mechanic, and I desperately needed my vehicle serviced at my house. After calling several times over the course of three days, and after leaving a detailed message, I received absolutely no response. I understand that the covid 19 situation can cause problems, but not even a return phone call to say that "we're too busy" or "we're all booked up on appointments"? It's day three now and no response...

Called Doc and he came out the next day to look at my truck. Turned out to be a very simple fix and he didn't charge me, even after I protested. I've always wondered why there weren't mechanics that come to you, and now there is one. Arrived right when he said he would, and is a very good guy to deal with. Highly recommended.

Called to have a car I just bought checked out. Doc came right out, found the problem in minutes and had it fixed in no time. He also pointed out a few things that I should keep an eye on without trying to sell me anything. I had a much better experience with him vs the few shops I have been to around town and I didn't have to take my car anywhere!

Can't say enough about Doc! I'm a former mechanic Dad with a daughter away away at school. She was having electrical probs with her Kia and I found Doc and his wonderful wife & partner on Yelp. I called them first, they communicated with myself and my kid great! Arranged a time to check it out, showed on time, clean, and ready to help. Tough problem to diagnose, but with a couple quick steps and only one follow up trip the Kia is back going strong and starting each and every time she turns the key. I called Doc Brown's to come out and take a look at my RV that wouldn't start. Doc quickly traced it to a dead fuel pump. Gave me a very fair quote on the replacement. Doc came back a few days later, on time, and completed the job in a very timely manner. No upsells or "oops, guess that wasn't the problem, let's try something else." I now trust him for further repairs on my vehicles. Great service, fair prices, on time and HONEST!

We called Doc Brown because we were having some problems with our Denali, we are so happy we did! They showed up on time, were super polite and clean! They gave us a quote which was very affordable, and then worked us into their schedule even though we did not have a lot of time because we were going on a long trip. They also came to us which was amazing because sitting at an auto shop with a one year old is almost impossible! Doc brown is very knowledgeable and explained everything to us! We will be using doc auto any time we need a mechanic in the future!

I called Doc Browns to come fix my nieces car. He drove out and diagnosed it with a bad transmission. He advised us the cost to replace would be higher than value of the car. He left without charging. I have since had him out for 2 more repairs and both times he advised us and showed us how we could do it to save money.
It's really hard to find honest people even harder an honest mechanic. But Doc Browns is.
His knowledge was amazing from Chrysler to Bentley to Mercedes. He always knew what was wrong.

Inquired about their Mobile Mechanic Service and received an email in a timely manner.
Jerry came out that afternoon and diagnosed my work truck.
Emailed me the next morning with a quote.

Jerry at Doc Brown's Auto was extremely helpful. After just a phone call and a quick email, he jumped on the phone and gave me the time of day. I was able to resolve the issue myself after listening to a few of his recommendations. Although he didn’t make a dime off me, he still made me feel like a valued customer. What a great service provided by Doc Brown's. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I had a front and rear break job done on my Mazda6 within 24 hours of contacting them. Extremely convenient to have the repair done at home with the same professional repair and warranty on the work that you would expect from a shop. I will definitely use them for all future repair needs!

Doc Brown is great. Knows everything. Does everything. And he does it all at my house so I don't have to go or sit anywhere. He's worked on my jeep, my ford rv and my van. Great to deal with a shop owner who does all the work himself. Fair prices too. I will have all my auto repairs done with Doc Brown.

You will be hard pressed to find a more reliable, trustworthy, honest, competent and reasonable auto repair service as Doc Brown’s Auto. Jerry and Leslie have come to my house a couple of times recently to work on my old truck. One time it took until 9:00 p.m. to get the job done, but they didn’t complain a bit. Thanks again for helping me out. I cannot recommend Doc Brown’s Auto more highly.

Jerry and Leslie are amazing! I had several issues with my car and had to use them 3 different times (all for different issues.) They are knowledgable and never made me feel like they were taking advantage of me. It's was easy to schedule appointments with them and they were always on time and quick. Just had them replace the back brakes on my car and they did a great job! I love that they are a mobile auto repair company so I don't have to waste time sitting in a shop with kids or arranging a ride back & forth from the shop. They were on time for both the appointments we set up, they are very customer service oriented & are very trustworthy. They go over & explain everything with you and have great prices! Got the info off of FB and so many people recommended them. I gave them a try since they have free estimates. They are available evenings or weekends and come to you! Which is awesome when having kids compared to shops when waiting around to have you car checked is something i hated doing but I love tht they come to you. They were so nice and very professional and gave us a base quote. We booked with them in the next few days to fix our air conditioning and everything was done quick and we were able to pay with our card since they have a portable machine. Did I mention they fixed everything in
