I never post reviews online.However, I hope this will encourage folks to have faith in Dr. Gayle. The MOHS surgery on my face was more extensive than we anticipated and I needed a plastic surgeon to perform a flap surgery to close the wound. I had zero time to research the “right” surgeon and relied on my Dermotologist for a recommendation. He said, “If we can get Dr. Gayle, that would be amazing.” I relied on that recommendation. Then I had to be cleared for surgery. With trepidation, I asked my internist if he knew Dr. Gayle, and he said, ‘Don’t worry, the man is world class.” OK

I had an excellent post-cancer breast reconstruction experience with Dr. Gayle. He listened to my wants and needs, didn't over promise, and the result is beautiful. He improved not only my physical appearance but my mental health now that I feel more comfortable in my body. I would recommend him to anyone looking for the best of the best.

I am a confirmed believer for all he has done for me, physically and emotionally, you will not be disappointed. At no point did I ever feel doubtful in the surgeries he performed in repairing my leg.
After 6 yrs., his staff as well, has been supportive and family friendly. They do their best to accommodate making appointments.
Not to be condescending, but my place to go is to New York doctors above anyone

The most amazing dr with the biggest heart. He saved my father's leg in a serious operation 18 years ago and I have been a patient of his since. Pretty easy to get an appointment and never a long wait. Office staff are kind and go out of their way to help. I have never ever rated any doctor before but everyone needs a Dr. lloyd Gayle in their life!

I have been going to Dr. Gayle's lovely Park Avenue practice for more than two years. I have gone there for injectables such as Botox for my crow's feet and forehead, filler for my smile lines, laser treatments on my face. Dr. Gayle is a very warm and attentive physician and is excellent at letting you know what procedures are out there without pressuring you. He is also very good at letting you know what to expect as far as treatment day and as far as results. Speaking of which, I have been very pleased with the results and plan to continue going. Dr Gayle has cared for me for more than 25 years. His excellent knowledge and clinical skill is perhaps bested by his compassion and genuine caring for the patients he treats. He squeezes in patients in emergencies and takes the necessary time with everyone so that both proper care is given and the mind as well as the body is relieved. As might be expected with such a genuinely nice person, his staff has been with him forever and the resulting continuity of care is greatly reassuring. I could not recommend Dr Gayle more highly.

I had a good experience with Dr. Gayle performing CO2 laser treatment on my entire face. I had been considering it for almost a year and the office was very considerate answering all of my questions over a long time. The procedure itself was a bit uncomfortable but did not take long. Dr. Gayle's estimate of my healing-time was spot on. I am very pleased with the results. My skin appears much smoother and I definitely look a few years younger. Dr. Gayle is a very gentle and knowledgeable physician and I intend to go back for another treatment soon!

Dr. Gayle performed my breast reduction in 1998. He was recommended to me by my primary care physician to sew up by daughter's ear lobe. Dr. Gayle did a terrific job with my reduction; they are still holding up. Dr. Gayle is a very talented surgeon who is listed as one of the best in Castle Connelly. What makes him so special is that he is as nice as he is talented, which is a rarity these days. If I wanted more plastic surgery, I wouldn't go to anyone else.

Dr. Gayle was an angel sent to me by God! After having a battle with stage 4 Breast Cancer and undergoing several rounds of chemotherapy, a complete bilateral mastectomy and extensive radiation at such a young age- having normal looking breasts was something I was very nervous about. Dr. Gayle did reconstructive work on my leg after I've gotten into a bad accident and lost a lot of definition and fat from my leg.
