Elvin's Bakery

In 2003, we opened Elvin's Bakery in late fall at the Kapalama Shopping Center in Dillingham, HI. We are a husband and wife team that opened our delicious bakery and have a love for pleasing each and every customer that walks through our door. Elvin previously worked at Panya Bakery for 6 years and developed his bakery skills with the best of the best.

Now, he uses expertise to create his own delicious cake and pastries. Some of our most popular desserts include our marble cheesecake, chocolate dream cake, coffee cake, tiramisu, chestnut cake, blueberry cream cheese scone, mango mousse cake, strawberry short cake, and many more! We also do wedding or birthday cakes.
