My fiancé, family and I stayed for a long weekend trip in Nashville at Stay Local Nashville’s Alabaster listing. While our entire group was not able to come due to cancelled flights, we still made the most of our trip & couldn’t be happier that we were able to experience this house. It was extremely clean, spacious and such a great design layout! The neighborhood also was safe and we had so much fun checking out some of the local restaurants and bars nearby. I’d highly recommend staying here - we’ll definitely be back…whether at the Alabaster listing or another one!

We arrived in Nashville not exactly sure where our rental would be. It turns out to be a beautiful high-end town house! The neighborhood is still growing, meaning some dodgy places on the out skirts, but the proximity to downtown is about 20 minutes. The house is charming, very new and decorated with thoughtful touches. We traveled as 3 married couples. We each had a private bed and bath, which is key to happy travel! The beds were comfortable, sheets and pillows were clean. I would absolutely stay again!

Arrived for my mother's bridal shower and the water was OFF.I was greeted before even stepping into the place by the previous guest explaining to us the night before when he stayed the water was not on and wanted to know if we had been in contact with the company because they wouldn't respond to him.Before we even checked in attempted to contact them about the water situation and was told "no worries, the water is back on". After being on the road all day we check into the place at 4PM and come to realize the WATER was still OFF. Tried multiple times to contact them and finally was told oh no worries

We have family coming in town for our wedding next week. Our family is new to Airbnb, however, my fiancé and I travel all the time and use Airbnb everywhere we go. We suggested they look into the site and helped them find the best options to meet their needs while they stay here. I have had the most frustrating experience with this company. They canceled two separate reservations for me - the last one being relatively close to travel date. This company left me unable to find a reservation in my price range (slightly higher than average for Nashville Airbnb average) and I was forced to spend over $1,000+ to secure another reservation, as my dates aren't flexible. What did they offer me for my inconvenience? Well, the first time around they were unable to offer a discount. The second time they offered me a 15% off, which barely covers the tax in Davidson County. Needless

We reserved an Airbnb back in March with this company for my bachelorette party. It is now mid July and they messaged us saying that the owner sold the house but that they had another option and that they had blocked of the dates to hold it for us if we would like it. So we told them yes we would like that one. We then got a reply back saying that Airbnb did not take their block and someone else had already reserved it and that they had nothing left at our price range and the only option was to refund us. They mentioned that this mistake had happened before so maybe in the future they will find

We stayed with Stay Local Nashville while my daughter had surgery at Vanderbilt. They were super fast in responding to me and helped me find the property closest to the hospital that would fit our needs. The house was immaculate, beautiful inside and out, and there was a folder with information about local things nearby which was really helpful. There was absolutely nothing else I could have asked for; our stay wildly exceeded my expectations! I can’t wait to stay again when I can really enjoy the city!
