It's unreal how much time and effort that Luke and Avery put into educating their clients. They go way beyond adding value to working with The Short Term Shop. I don't know if other firms/brokerages/gurus offer this type of education for a fee and I'll never know because it is all included when you sign with STS. For months I researched the best investment for my money to generate cash flow. I looked at every avenue: stocks, LTRs, BRRRR, pizza vending machines (lol for real), among several others.
