Disappointed in how cancellation was handled. We booked this property back in Marched and planned our vacation around this stay. Roll forward, we make all the payments, everything seems good.
At the end of June, 2 weeks before the trip we get a call. "There are and have been water problems at this property, the owner thought it would be resolved,… but it is much worse. We need to cancel, but we have another property available in Lincoln City"
We asked for the details only to be told that the other property had been booked that morning. So you offer a replacement property only to take it

We have stayed one night at a very charming property in Gleneden Beach, Starry Night house. The property shows a hot tub but it’s empty. I called the office of OBV and they said the owner pulled it. Ok, then why do we have excessive misc fees. Also, 6 people and 3 nights but they give us a total of 2 garbage can liners. I am glad I am here but really?

Very disappointed!!! We stayed at the Storybook Cottage in Lincoln City. Upon our arrival, we noticed the home needed a ton of maintenance work and thorough cleaning. The microwave did not work correctly, one stove burner did not work and the knob kept falling off, the refrigerator had a leak on the inside, so the drawer kept filling up with water,… the BBQ was filthy and the cleaning utensils for it was greasy, making it unusable. All of the wine tumblers were plastic and all cracked, the dishwasher was still full from the previous guests’ stay, all of the board games had missing

This vacation property located at 5143 NE 50th Street Devils Lake, Lincoln City, Oregon was so bad we forfeited a large amount of money just to not stay there. The house was dirty, the back yard was a jungle of briars and sticker bushes. The bathroom was such that I would not wash my dog in it the bedrooms were small and beds looked like they had not been changed in weeks along with a smell I could not quite put my finger on. The road leading to the house was a dirt rut filled mess and the drive way was even worse, I had to use my four wheel drive just to get up it. I can't imagine why any company

Very disappointing experience at the Beach House. We paid a premium price for well located beach house. House was dirty when we arrived. One of the 2.5 bathrooms was locked from the inside. Maintenance arrived after a couple hours to open. Bathroom had not been cleaned. We spent hours sanitizing and cleaning. We were told we would have to vacate… house for 5 hours to allow for cleaning. Oven was broken and dangerous to use. BBQ was dirty and tools rusty. Manager was not helpful or responsive. Told us to fill out resolution form. and ask for compensation.

Scammers, this place doesn't care about their customers , it's all about ripping people off. They won't honor anything they have told you even if it's in writing. They have one agent Julie who is the absolute… worst and doesn't follow through and pretty sure everything she said on the phone was a lie. They get you locked in then double book and turn it into a bidding war, beware DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!! They held our money for over a year and then left us and our entire family with no place to stay and offered nothing in return unless we wanted to pay 4x what we were paying with less than

Sad, isn't it, when a property management company could care less about the guest experience, refuses to acknowledge that a property is below par, and hangs onto your money? We rented the Endeavour House in Newport early March 2021. It prominently advertised the Aga stove. It has pictures of a gas fireplace. Arrived to a cold Aga and called the office and someone came out. Later in the evening discovered the living room lights didn't work, the gas fireplace was broken, the kitchen sink faucet sprayed water and the back porch light where the cars are parked was missing. Aga wasn't warm by morning

They said I was in violation of my rental agreement and that I had over the allowable 5 car limit. No where in my rental agreement did it state that I was only allowed 5 cars. We were having breakfast, and had family members visiting from another time share rental in town. We were forced to rush to get all

It's no wonder Oregon beach vacations has only 3 stars. my experience was awful . They ran my card multiple times for 319 specifically when I told them they no longer had permission to do so because it was draining my account. I was then told they were going to cancel if they didn't receive payment (even though it kept coming out if my account).… The day of reservation I talked to 5 different people who "couldn't help me" I can't even begin to explain the lack of common sense or customer service from every person I talked to. The customer service won me over from the start. The agent was so patient with explaining everything to me. Once I arrived I couldn't have been more pleased. The condo was right on the beach. It was cozy and incredibly clean. I opened the sliding glass door and let the fresh ocean air blow in. It was equipped with everything that I needed. I am so glad that I chose Oregon Beach Vacations. I will be recommending them to my family and friends and using them again for myself.

I highly recommend Oregon Beach Vacations for your vacation rental service. Our visit to the coast was nothing short of spectacular. Lincoln City is a beautiful place with extraordinary landscapes. We had a lovely view of the beach too. Our vacation property was clean and we had fresh linens and towels. There was a washer and dryer available as well. With the Covid19 pandemic going on it was wonderful to feel so relaxed staying somewhere so nice and clean. My family will be using Oregon Beach Vacations again for our travel needs.

We rented a house 🏠 up in Lincoln Beach ⛱. We were scheduled to get the house at 4:30 on October 24th. We got a call 📞 a hour before we got to the house saying that the house was not ready and it would be delayed till 5:30 for us to setup. We packed a lot of frozen food and had it on ice for a 2 hour drive 🚗 to the beach house. We play at the beach ⛱ till 5:30. when we whent to the house it still was not ready and the lady wouldn't give us a time for when she would be done. We called the office phone and were told it was closed. They still charged us full price and did not apologize

I recently visited Seaview Condo 403 in Rockaway, OR. The property was absolutely beautiful and the view was incredible. During the rental process customer service was extremely helpful and accommodating. Upon arrival, the condo was very clean and well furnished. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed for our family of six to enjoy our time at the coast. We had a wonderful time on the beach and was the perfect relaxing getaway.

My friend showed up to her rental and it has not been cleaned at all. she has called multiple times and no response when they said they would come. she should get a full refund for having to stay under these conditions when she was told it would be taken care of. a full refund and a discount on their next stay. I would be ashamed if I were this property manager. They should have told her to cancel if they could not take care of the conditions. she has pics.

Unfortunate. We checked in to what is a charming place overlooking the ocean. Sadly, while we took great care ahead of time to explain that we needed to have an animal free home and workable wifi, the place is unlivable on both accounts.
My wife has had to take her inhaler four times (she usually uses it like once a year). She has to stay on the deck as she can't breathe inside. My daughter woke up with puffy face (cat allergies). There's cat hair all over the underside of the couch cushions.
I make a large part of my living online. The wifi is far from even spotty. It's worthless.
