All say one thing it was nice that's all I have to say there's no bathing I had a great time it was amazing there's no I can't wait to do it again I'll rip from them every time I go to the beach no it was okay I would strive again to do nothing okay I want amazing you can't believe this is what we are doing experience blow my mind and I really blow my mind Take My Breath Away something that makes me think the same old thing everyday definitely not happening today as I Look Around My Room my home man this is worth every penny I paid can't wait tomorrow is going to be I hope it rains so I can stand

Never had a chance to stay and now won't book with Karen again. We understand that travel during this pandemic is spotty at best but we had a vacation that took us from Portland to the Gorge and then out to Lincoln. We had every intention to not have to cancel any reservations but the Gov of Oregon had a press briefing on friday announcing the spiking of covid cases in various counties after the partial opening the month before our trip. We were allowed to cancel but missed the timeline for no penalties by mere days. We offered to just leave our deposit as a voucher for next year and Karen let

Dealt with Karen through vbro attempting to rent the Surf's Up condo in Lincoln City. It was stated it needed to be a 2 night minimum stay she had some time at the end of July which is when we always go on vacation so I picked 4 nights. After I was not charged the entire amount to secure the rental even though I had been given a reservation confirmation I contacted Karen to ask if it was really rented since only half of what was supposed to come out of my account came out. She related to me she had not yet charged me because she didn't like the amount of nights I chose. The Four nights I chose

Stayed at their "Anchor" location a few months ago. Exactly what we needed. Awesome little studio overlooking the beach. Perfect for 2 people. There is no stove, but plenty of plug in appliances to cook with. The gas fireplace is wonderful. We enjoyed it so much we are going back this weekend. Best part...if you book this location the house connected to it "Submarine" is empty to allow for a fully private time.

We have been renting from A-1 Beach Rentals for the past 6 years and have always enjoyed our stays! We always rent Sea Stars either North or South. Always clean and stocked for us however this year was a little different and disappointing. With the amount of daily rate that we pay we should have at least descent toilet paper, we had one play (John Wayne) toilet paper, not acceptable😖
We had no paper towels to start with and only 3 napkins. Also the hand soaps were nearly empty. Thank God we brought all of those essentials to restock but like I said, as much money as we pay, we shouldn’t have

I've been coming to Lincoln City for years and for the last 5 years have always stayed in one of the beach front homes managed by A1. I used to stay in a hotel but now with a family or another couple, a house is so much more convenient and affordable. The houses are always clean, great locations, jacuzzi tubs and any issue I may have had are always taken care of quick. After a dozen stays in different homes, I highly recommend them to just about anyone. Having stayed so many times I've gotten to know the owner Karen and Dean who have always bent over backwards to make our stays great. Thanks again

This company rents out a property called the Nantucket in Lincoln City, all I can say is buyer beware! The property is grossly overpriced as well as being completely misrepresented by A 1.
It is old, dingy, has disgusting "amenities," and is so close to other properties that if you dare to relax in the hot tub, you must share it with the neighbor's kitchen window.
The bathroom is a pine sol soaked cave with plastic flooring. The house slopes at random points, and the list of rules strategically posted EVERYWHERE are crucial in setting a relaxing tone for your stay.

I would NOT recommend booking with A-1 Beach Rentals for one of their rentals along the Oregon Coast. We wanted to book for five nights and they would only let us book for six. They have no rules and they have a history of leaving single days open (see their reservation calenders). Very disappointed in A-1 Beach Rentals and the way they have handled my reservation! I will be looking to spend my money somewhere else for this trip!!
