I used to really enjoy coming to this salon until an incident happened the other day. I had an appointment for Botox at 4:15 and I typically get a babysitter because I have an infant at home. When my babysitter did not show up at 3:30 and her phone was off I got worried so I called the salon and told them I didn't know what was going on but I was worried about my babysitter and I didn't know if I would be able to make it to my appointment because I had no one to watch my son. Cierra is amazing! I’m a travel nurse & I have gotten work done all over the Country; Cierra is by far the best injector I’ve ever been to! Not only is her work amazing but she is very gentle & honest & she leaves you looking very natural & she is hilarious! If you’re in the area - GO SEE HER!!!

I would never in 1 million years recommend Michelle first off I shared a picture of what I wanted and she totally disregarded everything about it. Second off she was more concerned about the price and what I can forward before doing any treatment (ok fine but I could’ve came back multiple times to achieve the look I wanted). As soon as I told her what I wanted she was like nope that’s not gonna happen. I should’ve walked out then because that told me right then and there that she didn’t know how to do what I expected however I probably should’ve canceled our appointment and booked with

While it is customary to pay a 15-20% gratuity for spa services performed by massage therapists, estheticians and nail technicians, it is not customary to give gratuities for medical spa services such as injectables (like Botox®), laser treatments and other medical services performed by medical professionals

Went and saw Cierra for Dysport a week ago and am overall very happy with my experience. I've had Botox once before for an annoying between the brows wrinkle and loved the results so I decided to try this. Admittedly I was nervous but Cierra was so comforting and patient. She made the process a breeze. I do wish I got more units between my brows and less in my forehead, but I think that was my communication error more than anything. Overall great experience. Will definitely be comming back.

I bought a Groupon for Xeomin on my first visit. This was my first time at a Med Spa and my first step into professional anti-aging services. I received the 40 units the Groupon covered plus a couple hundred dollars and 20+ more units. It changed nothing. I went back and Michele was extremely nice and re did the injections with no additional charge. She told me to let her know how they worked. Still nothing, at all. I went back a third time and showed Michele and was told that’s the best I could expect. She had no interest in discussing why or trying another product. Then I had another esthetician

I was referred to this business from a close friend of mine. I did the treatment of the signature lip flip & was pleased with my results. Cierra was a pleasure to work with. I did end up needing to go back after a month because of healing concerns & I was surprised to know that they offered to correct any imperfections from the original procedures. My previous filler (from a different place). seemed to not want to move to a different area & created some imbalance in my upper lip. At any rate, Cierra went in to correct post healed lips & I'm so thankful this business offers

I've been to Zona a few times for facials and loved it, but I recently got the Signature Lip Flip from Cierra and she did an AMAZING job!! She was so kind and talked me through everything. She was super sweet and calming during the process as well. I can't recommend her enough, especially if you're new to fillers/botox!!

I just went my 2nd time yesterday to get some more lip filler and I meant to write a review the first time I went but it slipped my mind, I just have to say I LOVE Zona Med Spa and Cierra for doing an amazing job on my lips!! They make your experience easy, quick, and painless. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful! My lips are beautiful and I recommend everyone to Zona Med Spa.

Zona med spa has made me so happy with my visit! I saw cierra for a full syringe lip fillers. I got versa and since it was my first time, I got 20% off (check their website) and it was $440 total. My lips needed a boost and she made them look perfect! She was so funny and easy to talk to. I felt instantly comfortable with her and she guided me through the entire process. She also let me take some m&m's to go! Such a sweetheart. I can't wait to go back to see her for another half syringe!

Instead of listening to me, the CUSTOMER, Cierra went forward with what SHE thought was best. I am 50 and don't need to look 30 - exactly what I told her - but she ignored my request. Guessing it's likely due to how she is compensated. So instead of me coming back for more, should I want them, I am unhappy with what she (over)did.
Don't get me wrong, she knows how to inject. She doesn't know how to listen.

I'm a traveling nurse from Indiana! I went to see Cierra! She is AMAZING & that doesn't even do her justice & this is coming from someone who has had injections all over the country! Cierra is honest, her results are very natural! I had 2 sessions with her - one for just Dysport & the second for Dysport & to have my lips redone after a, not so good, fill somewhere else (different state). She is a master at what she does & I 100% recommend her - to top it off, she is super funny!!!!

This place is a scam, they litteraly ripped me off. I set an appt for a chemical peel the lady there upsell me another peel telling me its way better for your concern I said ok it was $499. Yiu know with this pandemic its not easy to pay that much money that I have been saving to take care of my melasma. They told I will start peeling on the third day nothing happened. Its been two weeks now with no results at ALL. My husband got so mad that not even any little results to show. We called for reimbursement and Michelle kept hanging up on us. Overall my experience with zona med spa was great! It was super easy to schedule and appointment. The girls at the front office are super nice.
Michelle was very informative on the type of lip injections she added to my lips. My recovery was pretty good , I didn't have bruising & I am definitely going back to them to add a little more since I loved how my lips looked when they were swollen! And that's something Michelle mentioned to me. She's honest & will tell you what she recommends.

I cannot thank Cierra enough for boosting my self confidence by 1000x! I've always wanted bigger lips and I got exactly what I wanted. She listened to my concerns and helped keep me as comfortable as possible during the entire experience (i'm a big baby). I'm still a tiny bit bruised but my swelling has subsided almost completely and I'm thrilled with how they look! I also had some Botox done on my forehead. I know it takes 14 days to see the full results but I have literally NO wrinkles anymore when I raise my brows and that was a huge insecurity for me as well. I feel as young
