Services
Carli is a licensed psychotherapist who helps people find self-love and confidence within themselves to create the life, love, sex, and relationships they want and so very much deserve. With her challenging yet warm-hearted approach, clients who work with Carli are held accountable for their choices in life and empowered to use their heart, mind, and soul to create the life they want for themselves.
While I specialize in sex and relationships, life is all about relationships, including the relationship a person has with oneself. In our work together we will create a safe space in which clients can feel free to discuss the presenting issue that you may be dealing with. While working together you can expect to be listened to and challenged, as I believe that challenge produces growth.
Going into something new can be scary enough, but it can feel even scarier when you've never gone there before, and you don't know how you'll feel when you get there. Looking for someone to validate your fears, answer questions, guide you through tough decisions and cope with all the emotions, while monitoring for postpartum anxiety and depression?
