By far the most dumb experience I’ve ever had. For starters I’m in high school so I look young, but I’m experienced enough with cars to know things. I made an appointment for a tire alignment. I come back a few hours later to be told they couldn’t do it because my center link was missing. They tell me it would be 197 dollars to replace it. I had… just had my entire front end checked and replaced by a mechanic 5 days before I took it here, and only two days after getting new tires as well. I knew nothing was wrong and the only issue was that it had some oil on it because

I bought a new set of tires from C & D back in June. Earlier this week, I got a piece of iron in the side of my tire. I took it back to see if there was anything they could do. To my surprise, they said the tire was under warranty and they installed a new tire for me at no charge, not even a mounting fee. Customer service is still alive!!! Thank you all at C & D!

Loved the service, car is driving great! Only thing is I was quoted one price for for full set what it’ll cost me out door before ordering and was charged $20 more per tire. THE MANAGER NOTICED THE OVER PAYMENT AS WELL AND CALLED ME. I was refunded the difference. Could not recommend a better place than here! The person as front desk is so sweet and understanding. Best services I could ask for.

Don't even try calling, the new people at the desk have no clue or they are trying to bait and switch you. I've spent over an hour yesterday to have 2 "NEW" tires put on my work truck. That is where I messed up with them. They came back with excuses, and of course what is common in the bait and switch is it is the customer's fault. So I give them another chance to make it right today, 2nd day, going to this place was the 2nd mistake. Of course all of the effort I made to purchase two tires was not worth spit. I won't be making my third mistake with them. Sad, I expect
