Our tire went flat about 4 hours away from home and these guys were the only ones close enough to us, I'm so glad they were able to set us up with a whole 4 new tires at such short notice. They were really fast and professional. It took about 2 hours to get us ready to go again but, they were really busy, so I completely understand. They did their best to prepare us for the long ride home and made sure we were good to go for a safe trip.

They were great with helping me with information about my cars rim & tire. The manager was wonderful, He noticed that I was having a bad day. He said he would be adding me to his prayer list. The next day he called & said my rim & tire was in. They did a fantastic job & it only took an hour. Thank you so much for taking care of me I appreciate it.💜

Our youth group is currently returning back home to South Alabama from a week long youth retreat in the Great Smokey Mountains. Something was going on with the tires on one of our vans out of a 4 vehicle convoy. 30 minutes from closing time, he took care of our needs & refused payment. Always friendly when I’ve had to service my car, and always fair in regards to price. They tell you and show you exactly what is wrong and don’t gouge you when it comes to the bill. You may have to wait a bit for your car to get serviced, but it’s miles better than taking it somewhere else to get hosed. If you’re in the area and your car needs ANY type of work, these are your guys!

I went to buy a battery for my truck here. I called first and was quoted a price. After I purchased the battery, I checked my invoice and they had added a surcharge for shop supplies that was never mentioned on the phone. When I confronted them about it, the owner Scott got very bellerigent and was VERY rude to me. He begrudgingly refunded the surcharge to me. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If you need tires, batteries or anything automotive go somewhere else, anywhere but here. I have never been treated so badly before. Their customer service is nil DON'T GO THERE !!!!!!

We got a hole in our tire leaving Great Smoky Mountain National Park, West End Tire was able to get us in with no wait time and repair the tire quickly. They had great customer service and we're very friendly. 25 minutes from the moment we pulled up to back on the road, that's incredible. Thank you for getting us back on our road trip!

West End Tire does a great job at a reasonable price. I got tires for my car a while ago and my partner got shocks put on, an alignment, and tires balanced. It took less than 2 hours. In doing the alignment, they found a high spot in a tire, and rotated it to a location that would not be as noticible when driving. Great extra service free of charge. They dont try to push services and products you don't need on you, and you don't have to pay a female tax! It is a great shop.

Really great people and business! I had a blowout on my motorhome just down the road from them only 15 minutes before their normal closing time. They stayed late to get me back on the road and were super nice even though I know everyone there had to be tired after a long day of work. 5 star service!
