I would say this office is a 6, they go way beyond 5 on courtesy, promptness, accommodating, and smiles. They not only improved my smile, but everyone there smiles and is so friendly. I had an emergency regarding timing on my appointment and they fit me right in. Their office is upto date and very clean.

Edit: I had Dr Krofon emailed me back few days after. Dr Krofon and Toni(the hygienist) are VERY kind and understanding they answered the questions I had regarding work I got done at a different place. I didn't get any work done here but I loved that they took the time to listen to the concerns I had without any rush. Thank you again!
