Mark Fang, Attorney At Law, APC, is located in both Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. The law firm specializes in business and employment litigation. Mr. Fang earned his B.A. degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He worked full time through law school, and acquired his Juris Doctorate degree in 1998 from Ventura College of Law, where he was the recipient of multiple American Jurisprudence Awards for scholastic excellence.

Mr. Fang has been a member of the California state bar since 1998. He is licensed to practice before all California State Courts, all Federal District Courts in the state, as well as the United States Tax Court on behalf of tax payers. He is a former President and a current Director of VCAABA.

In 2016 and 2017, this firm on behalf of the Labor Commissioner's Office prosecuted a PAGA action for two employees against a Chinese shipping company in the Los Angeles area. The dispute involved various labor law violations and related penalties. In 2016, this firm pursued a case on behalf of an individual kitchen worker against a Chinese restaurant in the San Diego area, who violated labor law and exploited immigrant employees.
In 2011, we assisted 1300 employees and recovered a record eight figure settlement against a major Southern California employer, on class action basis, for unpaid overtime, unpaid meal & rest breaks, misclassification of non-exempt employees, and fraud for trying to cover up the misclassification. The case was the only class action within recent history to be certified by a Court, to include a cause of action for Fraud.
